The room has a good design and is very clean

I like a lot location , it’s perfect , very good pool , good simple breakfast , clean everything , nice plants , cactuses , very calm , no noises from anywhere. They upgraded our room , because first one I didn’t feel nice and asked to give to us another one , and lady was very nice and give to us the best vip room . The boy who spoke English was very polite , also small daughter of Lady was very sweet .

It was all good especially breakfast and bonus they provided Netflix for movies

The property has a warming tub and pool as well as excellent view of the sea and Pattaya.

The service and team were all exceptional, so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was perfect. So many little touches that make your stay the best it can possibly be. We would return, we loved it.

The hotel is a short walk away from the busy Tawaen beach full with day time tourists, so it is less noisy around the hotel. Staff will pick up and drop off guests at both piers just call them upon arrival. A plus point is the hotel has its own beach access and free scooter use. Room is clean, bed is comfy, AC is cold, wifi is strong, and has safety box. Each room is facing the beach. Other reviews informed bathroom is a bit old but that did not bother me as water pressure was good, no insects seen. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are stray dogs on the island but they are not aggressive. A little pricy but I highly recommend.

An amazing room with great sea views, lovely pool, the breakfast was EXCELLENT! The staff friendly, renting the scooter very practical. This was great, would come back anytime.

I was very very satisfied with the room and the service. The staff were all nice especially the one at the front office who welcomed us. It is worth your money. Highly recommended if you want to stay overnight at koh larn.

We loved everything, beautiful room facing the pool. The pool was so nice. The resort very quiet…breakfast lovely. Nice cafe at the front of the hotel. The staff were incredible. So nice to us. Went if we want or need anything daily. Room cleaned daily and mini bar stocked up also. We’re in our 40s and have been travelling around Thailand for a couple of months and we thought this place was just perfect. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!!! We got upgraded to the villa. Get it if you can! The staff was amazing, so grateful for them! It was clean, such a cozy bed and I am picky with beds. The pool was so peaceful to swim in. I would 10/10 recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this beachfront hotel! The property and building are beautiful. The pool and pool area is small but really nice and functional. A welcomed added bonus. Breakfast was delivered to my balcony at 9 am and was delicious and it had a great presentation. They provide free drinking water and snacks each day. Staff went above and beyond my exceptions. Keep up the great work!

From the moment we entered the lobby we knew our stay would be amazing. Even though pier is right next to the house our host Noon picked us up and helped with everything we needed. We stayed in the room with the sea view and it was totally worth it. The sleeping area, bathroom, view and breakfast were all so nice 😁 It is a bit far from beaches but bike rental is available so it wasn’t a problem for us.

The breakfast was good. The location is near the public transportation so it was easy to go around the island.

The location was centrally located very near the ferry port. They can pick you up with a golf cart but we waled and it took about 5 minutes to walk from the ferry. All needs are in walking distance such as restaurant, 7-11, food market. and transportation to beach if you don't have a motorbike. The swimming pool water was warm. everything was very clean and comfortable.
