The Hotel itself was in a great location. Practically a stone's throw from the beach. There were a lot of amenities close by on the beach with a great view of the sea. This was a quiet and serene location for a hotel if you just want to go rest and lay on the beach.

Lovely hotel located just outside the city. There are no shops nearby, but it’s easily accessible by car with plenty of parking available in front. The area is very quiet, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Spacious rooms with balconies, plus a pool for summer use. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This was more like a bed&breakfast type stay than a “boutique hotel”. A very kind and welcoming family and comfortable lodging- there were many customers booking with them ! We liked its proximity to the ruins of Troy, about 15 minutes driving. It was great!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. They kindly upgraded our room free of charge, and it was absolutely amazing, huge, with a breathtaking sea view. The hotel also had a wide range of facilities and amenities, which made us wish we had more time to stay longer and enjoy everything. A special thanks to all the staff for their kindness, and warm hospitality during our stay. The location is also very convenient and perfect for exploring the area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

It's a great hotel. Service at a high level. Location is convenient, right on the waterfront. Excellent restaurant in the hotel, we enjoyed dinner. Problem with wine, only local producers. Room is clean, spacious. The hotel has a spa center and swimming pool.

“Iris Hotel” in Guzelyali is an amazing hotel located on the beach in one beautiful and calm place. Hotel proposes to the guests all modern facilities, convenient swimming pool, relax garden and good restaurant with rich menu. It is one lovely place where all the guests will feel the freedom of the sea and a full relax from a daily round. I suggest all the tourists, which will have trip around Canakkale to stop in this hotel in order to feel relax, tranquility and true Turkish hospitality.
