Service was amazing Yunus answered every question, arranged the tour, hamam and even gave us a lift to the bus stop on our last day. He also gave us the room when we arrived as it was ready (early check in). Pool area was nice and room was spacious. Breakfast had a wide variety of items

Stayed in with my wife for two nights. We had an excellent experience from check in to check out. The staff under management of Mr.Turgai Omez were highly attentive to our needs. The location is great, just 5 minutes drive from the famous Pamukkale. Spa facilities and minimal pool were good. We started in room #1122 that had a fantastic mountain view. The highlight was a jacuzzi with a minimal water on the balcony. Thanks to Mr. Turgai and his staff for the memorable experience.

From reception to the restaurant the staff is very polite. They even upgraded our room for my mother as we were traveling to celebrate mother's day and they offered us some soft drinks which melted our hearts. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is wide and refreshed constantly. Pools are clean and the location is just by the cotton castle. The best stay of our journey so far! Thank you very much for everything. Highly recommended!!

Lovely family run hotel in the small village of Pamukkale. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even giving us a free lift up to the top of Pamukkale. The breakfasts were really good - everyone gets the same but there is plenty of different things and the friendly owner will offer you more if you aren't full! The room is clean and comfortable. It's a bit dated and the beds a little hard but if you've spent the day walking around Pamukkale and Heiropolis you'll probably crash out like we did anyway. We were a bit cold with just the thin blanket on the bed but found some thicker blankets in the wardrobe to put on top which were perfect! The village itself is super quiet but very friendly, we felt safe and comfortable there. We caught the minibus from the station after getting a coach into Denizli - go downstairs in the bus terminal and find the Pamukkale bus, it's quick and really cheap.

The staff was helpful, the room was large and comfortable, there was plenty of food at breakfast, and it was easy walking distance from the travertine entrance to the Hierapolis. They also provide a shuttle to the south gate for those who don't want to walk up.
