The heated pool is a huge plus. Next to sand Key Park. Easy access. The breakfast was excellent. Staff available and friendly. Food by the pool was excellent too and good portions.

The property was fantastic. Beautiful hotel, perfect pool, and a beach front that saw dolphins every morning! Cannot say enough about the property!

Everything was amazing about this property! Great and safe location! Not too noisy since being in downtown Clearwater! Great for family stays! Pool is clean and well maintained! Hot tub was clean as well! Great staff! Very friendly! Room was excellent! Walking distance to beach! Would stay again! Highly recommended!!

Cleanliness and how close the beach is

We booked a second day, and they had to move our room. I'm so glad they did. They offered to hold our luggage, but we just put it in the car that cost $10 for parking, and most places were $20, so great price. The second room was the most comfortable king bed and pillows I have ever slept on in any hotel. The bay view on the 4th floor in the back was beautiful and cut down the sound from the street 90 percent. Ask for rooms in the back of the hotel. They called us when our room was ready and held it since we were still enjoying our day at the beach. They were painting the hotel and touching it up. Looked fresh and clean and well maintained.

The place is fantastic ..super for relaxing . Not too fancy just basic but very clean and nice . staff The closeness to the beach is perfect . We have a reallly good time … Perfect place for going as a family .Thanks so much . I recommended 100%

Great room set up with a great value. Good location, easily watch the sunrises on the bay and walk a short distance to catch the sunset on the gulf.

It was a fantastic stay, even we extended the stay for 2 times. Highly recommended for families

Room was spacious and had a great view

it was beautiful inside and out! The pool was heated which was a HUGE plus. So many perks such as free bikes and kayaks are included as well as a beautiful dock that you can go to. We saw dolphins JUMPING out of the water! There is a trolley stop right outside that can take you wherever you want to go, as well as the option to walk as the beach and shops are very close!

Great staff super friendly, breakfast was great and had a lot of different options, they have a golf cart that takes you to multiple places for free, gym was very nice and clean
