Great location 15 walk to Niagara Falls. Staff were very all very nice. Checked us in fast and offered great advice on dining and other options. Room was well maintained with great beds and huge bathroom. Great stay.

The breakfast was great! There was a self-service waffle iron and the waffle batter they gave makes such nice and airy waffle. Both the blueberry and the non-blueberry batter tasted good. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities I expected. The room was spacious and comfy. There’s free coffee and tea at the reception, it was thoughtful of them to include a decaf option. Overall, the impression I have is this hotel pays attention to small things that makes you happy. Will recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, but what really made my experience unforgettable was meeting Diana Cristina Pineda at the front desk during check-in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. Her warm personality and genuine smile truly set the tone for my entire stay. Diana went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s rare to meet someone who treats guests with so much care and respect — she’s an absolute gem and the heart of this hotel.
