Carol was an amazing at the front desk. Made my family so comfortable on our way back home to ohio.

The young man that checked us in was wonderful he was so polite. He engaged in conversation and was very kind, and even showed compassion. I think his name was TC or KC something like that. He was the guy that was working the desk about 4pm or so on 28th.
