Everything is great. The house is such a treasure and is only about 15 minutes drive to the Mount Snow ski resort. Nancy is a great host - she always greeted us and asked how we were and what accomondations we needed while giving us complete privacy. Would definitely love to come back next time.

The staff were beyond welcoming. Front desk staff Melissa, went above and beyond to accommodate me after a few failed attempts to access the room I booked. She upgraded me at no additional cost; she had a colleague accompany me to make sure I had no issues with the door again. There was another employee who worked second shift who was also accommodating to me as I had issues with room above me making so much noise I thought they were going to come through the ceiling. She offered to change my room and checked in with me which was nice. I would definitely stay here again because of the staff.

The room was huge. The pool was very enjoyable during my stay. The walk down to Brattleboro is doable, or it's a short drive. Great restaurants and shopping. Simple grab-and-go breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed.
