The property was very clean and well-kept, and I was able to upgrade to a private room once I arrived about 8pm exhausted from the travel to get there. Staff was kind and super helpful!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here before and after doing the Ha Giang loop. The room was very clean and kept up with and the staff are so beyond friendly! Would reccommend anyone to stay here and we would come again if we were in the area!

I can't say too much - I stayed here as I was beginning a Ha Giang / Cao Bang motorcycle trip in the morning, and I arrived at 2am. The place looked really nice from what I saw, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple pancakes with syrup.

Tuan who runs the place is a gorgeous man, the lovely sounds of the river result in a deep sleep. It is beautiful surroundings and not so far from town, but fully quiet: no traffic sounds. Tuan and his family cook delicious food every night and take good care of you. Also my friend Maggie lost her wallet in a taxi and Tuan stayed up all night and the next day tracking it down and returning it to us. So so caring, it is a place of love and care here :) Also they can rent you motorbikes and bicycles here, but there are walks up the river or up the mountain which are easy to do

The property was wonderfully unique. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. The most impressive aspect of the stay was the amazing owner and manager. She was extraordinary in going far beyond what could be expected in providing assistance, help and support. I highly recommend this hotel.

This building is quite new and still needs some finishing touches. Breakfast is above average. The swimming pool is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have AC.

The staff is super lovely, the room and common areas all look really nice and I liked the location a lot, it's not in the centre so it's a very chill environment. The view is stunning both from the room and from the swimming pool. Definitely would stay here again!
