Beautiful place, friendly and helpful host. It is possible to rent a scooter or a bicycle, and be within reach of more distant places. Rooms with air conditioning, WiFi works without problems.

Loved our week at Beach Palm Villa. The whole team were very friendly, always offering suggestions for where to eat, places to check out, but we're never pushy. We really enjoyed the whole area, the beaches, local restaurants- especially Broccoli 🥦- and look forward to returning when we need our next beach break. Thankyou for everything.

I have stayed in Hoi An a few times and this has been my favorite place. It’s quiet and far enough away from all of the busy tourist areas…but also close enough! We used bikes free from the hotel the entire time to get wherever we had to go. The staff is lovely ab the rooms are spacious and quiet.

Great location on the beach, amazing pool for the kids and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Staff was awesome, very helpful and responsive. The room is clean and comfy. The pool and lounge area add an extra touch. We enjoyed the breeze from the river as well.

Perfect base to visit Hoi An (easy access by shuttle bus or taxi), yet away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was perfect: the comfortable rooms, the relaxing spa, the plentiful breakfast, and a wonderful pool. We had a small issue with AC in our room which was resolved quickly (a matter of minutes), efficiently and with follow up. Many options for activities: cycling, boat trip, farm visit…

Great location, close to the beach, and just a 10 minute ride from the old town. The pool was very nice and clean. Room was big, spacious, as well as the bathroom, and clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, deapite only having one option (one day was eggs and bread, the other noodle soup. Always with fruit and coffee or juice).

House by the Sea We had a fantastic stay at House by the Sea. The room was very spacious and incredibly clean, which made us feel comfortable right from the start. The internet worked well, and the air conditioning was efficient and quiet – a big plus in the heat. We were welcomed with outstanding service from the very first moment. The family who runs the place is extremely helpful and truly does everything they can to make guests feel comfortable and happy. They don’t speak English, but communication was no problem thanks to translation apps. We were so happy with our stay that we actually decided to come back again. The location is also excellent – just a short walk to the beach, and close to charming streets with restaurants and spas. We rented bicycles, which made it easy to get around the area. Overall, highly recommended. We would love to come back again. A big thank you to the family for their amazing hospitality and service!

Large clean rooms, Breakfast was good, you had the choice of 2 options, Amazing pool, and the best staff. You could use the free bikes and be at the beach in a few minutes.

Lots of space in the 3 bedroom apartment. Pool was lovely, staff was friendly . Location was out of the way, but we liked the peace. There was construction next door, but it was during normal working hours.

Great place to stay in Hoi An, close to the beach. Everything is super clean, the rooms are modern and bright, and the whole area is peaceful. The pool is lovely and clean, and the place honestly feels like home especially in the mornings when breakfast is being prepared. Lan and Martin are so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. There’s also a shared kitchen downstairs, which is really convenient. We even extended our stay!
