The breakfast had a variety of foods and was kept well stocked throughout the breakfast hours. The front desk staff was helpful in translating when we attempted to order food or transportation.

The Village is in a quiet area, but close enough to the city to profit the most. The rooms are great, and super clean. The pools are great. The breakfast buffet is also very good. But the best is the super friendly and efficient staff.

This hotel truly felt like my dream stay in Hue. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, and kept extremely clean, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent and convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local surroundings. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm attitude. Services here are outstanding, from check-in to daily support, everything is handled smoothly and thoughtfully. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I would definitely choose this place again when visiting Hue.

This was our favourite stay in Vietnam. We had an enormous room which had everything we needed and more. The home is beautiful, very stylish and comfortable. Although the staff spoke no English, it was nothing a translator couldn’t handle. We loved it!

Marvelous all around. Great bed, big room, great bedding, nice pool, Divine breakfast, nice family, even a coy pond. The neighborhood is spectacular for walking, 5 stars if you're a Buddhist.

Hali feels like a beautiful home in nature, that I will always want to return to! First of all, the homestay is stunning!! it's brand new and incredibly well-thought-out, it was an absolute joy to be surrounded by such a beautiful aesthetic. I was astonished by the level of attention to details; the wooden furniture is so unique and of best quality; everything is so stylish, from the overall house & room design to small things like glass water bottles and stylish slippers - it just shows absolute care for guests. The bed was extremely comfy, the bed linen and pillows are of highest quality. The room and the whole house was spotless - the cleaning team made the house shine! The green plants are tucked in every little corner, which makes you feel connection to nature. I also want to point out that everything smells amazing at Hali. The pool area is beautiful, too! We lived in King room with balcony and had a lush green view from the trees. It was extremely quiet in the night too, so we had the best sleep there. But best of all were the people running Hali Hillside Retreat. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Thanh, Duc, and their families. They are extremely welcoming, polite and friendly, and made sure we feel like home at the Hali. You can truly feel the family's love poured into this property, which, to me, is the most meaningful part of a stay like this. They even treated us with local fruits and snacks, and helped me with laundry and receiving my deliveries. I am already looking forward to booking a much longer stay at Hali next time!
