Quiet, Good food, Clean, Great Showers, Bed ...

Absolutely loved everything about the resort. From the security who welcomed us at the gate to the waiters and cleaners who serviced us. They were exceptional. Please give Priscilla, Canothin, Banele, Brenda and all the cleaning stuff a raise or a bonus. They know the true meaning of customer service.

Food, service and most important the view amazing. In the area around the lodge you can go hiking and see animals like giraffes , impalas. Kudos and more ( no predators).

Friendly reception staff, changed our room when requested and breakfast in the garden area really great. Great breakfast selection and awesome omelettes. Great restuarant on site as well

Candy was very hospitable. She ensured that we enjoy our stay and went an extra mile. She was such a great host. The place is superb, and it has everthing one can need...there is no way one can be inconvenienced! Can't even explain this beautiful experience we had.One would have to come and experience it....My children didn't want to leave the place,such that we had to extend our stay just foe them to enjoy. We enjoyed the complementary jam!!! Which was part of the welcome package ! I would surely book again and again.

Pine Lake Resort is very beautiful with lots of options to entertain children and adults, from boating on the lake, to nice playgrounds, to a day at the spa. My family and I had a great stay.

Location and the privacy afforded

The property is at an accessible area, and a short drive to Nelspruit. The lady that works there (forgot her name) was super nice. Really enjoyed my time spent there with my partner.

The place is very beautiful and the staff very friendly. The pictures on the app is not making justice to the place. I enjoyed every moment and the luxury the place offers.

The facilities and room are so clean and tidy, smells so fresh, linen is crisp and clean. Tumi is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
