Every staff member was very friendly and ready to help or explain. Spa facilities are excellent; however if you are interested in anything specific I'd suggest to book it in advance. Food in both restaurants meets every expectation. It is definitely a great option for a relaxed stay, highly recommended.

One of the best hotels in Marianske lazne, if not the best one. Everything was perfect. Amazing spa, great breakfast, very professional and nice staff. Beatiful cafe at the corner.

The flat is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. The woman who greeted us was on time, very polite and nice. She responded very fast to our questions and resolved everything. We were very happy. Our kids loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Just a fantastic place to stay, Rooms were great, bed was amazing, beautiful garden with pool and bbq which we used. Breakfast was superb and plentiful.. however the best thing about the place was the couple who run it, they were so friendly and great to chat with, they really make you feel at home.

Lovely place to stay in a great village location. Farm fields and livestock around and great hiking nearby with well marked trails. Our host was lovely and very attentive. It was nice to have a shared kitchen to meet other travelers.
