Location is perfect 10 min walk to Umeda and Osaka Station. Close enough to transport and shopping but far enough to escape crowd. Room was very comfortable. Personel and service was skilled, organized and helpful. Good price for this level of service. If we visit Osaka again, we would like to stay here

Great atmosphere, spacious - just great. Location and views superb. The Kamon served wonderful Teppanyaki, top class, by great Chef and serving staff. Kudos! Rooms (we had one each) really great in all respects.

Amazing traditional ryokan with a beautiful garden and super caring staff. Very goos kaiseki dinner and traditional breakfats were very tasty and plentiful. It has hot mineral water source onsen (traditional male/female room separation) and it is open practically 24 hours! So you can go there really at any time you like, even at night, and relax. It almost never happened to us that there were more than 3 people at once and you get to enjoy the beautiful garden view from the onsen all by yourself. The garden is very well cared for and has a careful selection of flowers/trees that make the place photohenic from absolutely every angle. We visited at spring and it was full of roses and cherry blossoms. The rooms overlook the garden it's just really breathtaking.

The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.

In a prime location in the center of Osaka, Waldorf Astoria Osaka provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a shared lounge.
