We had a great experience! We were warmly welcomed by Dar Bensouda staff, even though I came at a ridiculous hour of 5am. The hotel is built inside a 16th century buidling — the ceilings and the decor are amazing, and the room stays cool during the day even without an AC. And it was nice to chill by the pool after the heat of the streets outside.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Fez, Riad Fez Guests is a riad surrounded by views of the city.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. We had a delicious dinner with a flavorful tagine, fresh vegetable couscous, and a perfectly made pastilla. The server was very polite, and his warm smile made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The place is cozy and peaceful, and the food was served quickly and with great quality. They also arranged a fun and memorable desert tour for us. Highly recommend!

Clean. Fresh. Cozy. Safe. Great tasting foods. Kind, helpful staff who tried really hard to communicate, as I am an American who only understands a bit of Spanish and am a fluent English speaker. Decent location, walking distance to shops, banks, other restaurants and cafes. Beautiful views from the rooftop that included the castle turned museum. I wanted to stay longer, but my schedule wouldn’t allow. I even skipped an excursion to stay an extra day and relax and get some work done.

The team at Riad old palace was our highlight. This Riad is a hidden gem in the heart of the old Fes medina - peaceful and welcoming and just short walk from the main gate bab Rcif . Our suite was spacious and clean, the value for the room was exceptional. They went way above beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Help us with a great driver and guide to take us sightseeing. The hotel is a new one with really nice design and touch of luxury that can be felt in all corners. Owner and staff are all very welcoming making the experience feel like home. Have not tried all other Riads in Fes, but I am sure this one is the top one

The stunning architecture and decorations showcasing the best of Moroccan craftsmanship ! The professional and warm service (Huge thanks to Fatima-Zahra, Imane and all the team who made our stay very confortable). The hot tub in the room was awesome to relax after exploring the Medina. The palace is near one of the gates to the Medina which enables to leave the car in a secured public parking provided nearby and walk easily to explore the old town.
