This is not a customer's review, this is an appreciation from a satisfied customer. I checked into Presken hotels at Mojidi Street last night so as to be close to the venue of a meeting I have with some clients . I hurriedly left in the early hours of today because I was almost late. In my rush, I had unknowingly lost an envelope that contains my essential documents and some huge amount of money. I reluctantly went back to the hotel not very sure I would recover the items because I wasn't too sure where the items were misplaced. I went straight to the room and I didn't find the items, then I came back to the reception where I was told that the CSO, one Mr.Michael ugochukwu had found the items on the walkway and had submitted it. I was too impressed when I counted the money and everything was complete and intact. I was too happy. The most impressive act was when I gave him some money just to express my gratitude and the young man turned it down and said "thank you sir, but I was only doing my job, besides I get paid very well for my job" I was over impressed with everything about the hotel and it's staff.
