They delivered excellent service and we came in with a lot of dirty laundry and they fixed everything in four hours. They have amazing food in the restaurant for a very very good prices. The pool was good and the hotel it’s very clean and the stuff is really good and it’s a lot of people working there, and this made the service quick and very enjoyable. I really recommend this hotel, if you travel to Mae Sot.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and quiet and big rooms got three bedrooms which was perfect for our family and we liked it so much that we extend for another 2 more days. They do a great job everything feels so clean and new afterwards.

This is a grand hotel and when Thailand was booming this would have been the place to be seen. The rooms were lovely and right on the river and close to the grand night market. Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Oct 2025

We stayed here for one night on the way back from Chiang Mai. It was very well located for this and the rooms were well above expectation given the price. The hotel is away from the main center so is very peaceful but this could be challenging for anyone without private transport. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful (they offered to take one of our partys breakfast to their room when they were running late).
