Very clean and fully featured. Nice batroom kits: everything you might need is in the room already. Air conditioning unit in each room. We stayed for a single night, but it is easily suitable for multiple day stay. Big rooms and nice sea view from restaurant. Decent breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. The rooms turned away from the sun, so they were always colder inside than outside. Friendly personnel. This place is worth each penny paid.

Great hotel with amazing facilities and breakfast. Good enough location to walk to anything

I had a really enjoyable stay at Gumbet Hotel, and it turned out to be a great choice for both comfort and location. What stood out the most was the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal rather than transactional. You can tell they care about their guests, and that makes a big difference. The location is a big advantage. The hotel is right in Gumbet, close enough to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but still comfortable enough to unwind. It’s very convenient whether you want a quiet day or a lively evening out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nothing overly fancy, but well-maintained and practical. The air conditioning worked well (which is important in Bodrum), and the overall cleanliness was consistent. I also liked the pool area, which had a nice, relaxed vibe during the day—perfect for taking a break from the beach or just enjoying some downtime.

Location, layout and facilities

Checking into the hotel after a long trip with Adil couldn’t have been smoother. He was very helpful and friendly, showed us the property, and made us feel like he was available for anything we needed. The property is excellent. Beautiful view of the ocean with easy swimming access. The sunset couldn’t have been more central and the property is peaceful. It’s a great piece of real estate for whoever owns the property. The restaurant and bar managed by Recep was entertaining. He enjoys socializing with guests and makes you feel like a local friend. He was on site breakfast, lunch, and dinner and we felt no need to leave the resort to get food or drinks. His team was very kind and attentive. We will come back if they will have us 😎

Swan Boutique Hotel is a wonderful accomodation nestled in the beating heart of Bodrum. It is a perfect place for a weekend getaway or a lengthy family vacation. We stayed at the hotel in peak season for Bodrum: in June 2024, while we had previously stayed at The Marmara in the winter. The stark difference between the two, while that felt like a hotel, Swan Boutique felt like home. Firstly, the Hotel is managed and owned by the wonderful Merve & Mert who never failed to make our stay exceptional. One of the most hardworking individuals we have met on our travels, Merve truly amazed us with her work ethic, enthusiasm and adoration for her job. With her brother Mert, she employs only three people: Aytul, the morning receptionist, then the housekeeper and the very experienced night receptionist. This team of 5 works arduously to make every guest feel at home and comfortable. Coco is also a great addition to making the Hotel feel like home, and welcomes guests with a smile but specially those who love dogs, as this canine adores attention and will bark at you if you don't give her some love. Coco also made our stay memorable, and our pictures together will forever stay as a core Bodrum memory. The Hotel itself is a vast area that has been recently renovated. A beautiful entrance area leads to the first rooms which are standard rooms. Going further, the area becomes larger with a mid sized swimming pool, and a significant amount of outdoor seating which we truly used to the maximum. The bar is also present for snacks or drinks. Large garbage bins are found at the far end of the property. The Hotel also offers laundry services. The main building, usually containing suites is large, with 4 Suite rooms on the ground floor. The Hotel in total has 14 rooms, and was completely full when we were leaving. The suites we stayed in were 102 and 104, with 2 people in each room. The rooms were comfortably sized for 2, with a living room, bathroom and bedroom.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming as well as the rooms were so clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff on site, they are very accomodating in finding everything u need, and have some of the best barmen youll ever meet, probably the best place to stay in Kos on a hot day you wont regret it

Great luxury villas. All staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough!! From booking with Katerina to our stay. The meals were great and prices were same as in town but delivered to your villa by Nic and the team!! The surroundings and views are brilliant. Only a shirt 5 min drive to Kos town or a taxi for around €8. Pools are not heated only by the sun so as we were there in October it was too cold to use them but there was a rare cold wind while we were on the island which added to the temperature. There is a great gym and free airport transfer for guests. All in all a great stay and will return.

Very nice hotel, peaceful, not crowded and friendly staff
