Everything was above my expectations 😍 the room is spacious, super clean, comfortable, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The view is stunning. The location is walking distance to the ski resort. The owner, the receptionist, and the waiter were so kind and helpful. They welcomed us with a drink and fresh fruits. They helped us with transportation going back to Batumi. The breakfast was good.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade by the team of wonderfully hospitable staff and were very well taken care of. This hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful location. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is out of this world, especially the outdoor jacuzzi. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season on weekdays when the hotel is quiet, allowing you to fully enjoy all the facilities. Don’t miss a trip to the Green Lake – the views are simply incredible. Hands down, the best hotel in Georgia!
