The early airport shuttle (4am!) and grab-and-go breakfast foods were exactly what we needed. The room was clean and we enjoyed our short stay.

I always stay at the Ramada when flying out of Spokane, convenient and a very nice hotel. The bar and restaurant are very nice. The beds are comfortable, and the room was clean with very good amenities.

The Ramada was fine for all our needs except for my breakfast. I need gluten free food and it would have been helpful to have had gluten free bread and cereal at the buffet. My choices were very limited. The breakfast was quite satisfactory for my husband.

The room needs some repairs. The caulk around the bath was failing, and there were other signs of neglect that probably arent worth mentioning. For the price I expect more. That is the kind of thing you see at motel 6. Ramada hotels used to be the upper ecelon of midrange hotels. The breakfast have gone down hill considerably. The staff was awesome and they all should get a raise

The front desk manager, Matthew, did what was possible to improve the stay, however Ramada administration should spent some time evaluating the franchise.
