I like how the staff dealing with me especially Mr Zahid the security Manager he is so friendly when i forget My lab top and other important things he keep them save dor me call me waiting for me and also he invite me to take coffe really he is very gentleman and professional at his work. Thanks zahid so much Also i want to thank Evilin the receptionist she is very quick and she is familiar and has nice smile. Thanks for all i recommend to appreciate zahid and evilin thanks so much

Kudos to our Front Office specially the two receptionist fillipino and Algerian they was so supportive, Vidya and Housekeeping manager Raj for their professionalism, dedication, and outstanding service. They truly elevate the guest experience and are invaluable to our property.

The Reception was AMAZING! All staff were very polite, professional, and so helpful and responsive during my stay. I upgraded to a villa which was so very worth it. The restaurant had amazing food and there was no need to even go out to eat. So convenient as it is right across from a supermarket too, and a few restaurants and a wine/spirit shop. No issues with parking felt very safe traveling alone and liked the new experience of trying away from Dubai city life. The villas are very clean and well maintained. The private pool was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and liked the door keypad for entry verses a key, makes it so much easier. The place looks so nice lit up at night. I look forward to returning.

Location … nostalgia… this is one of the oldest and most beautiful property in Ras al Khaimah … grew up seeing it and always longed to stay at the property when I was a kid.. I learned swimming at this hotel when I was a kid and when I used to live in Ras Al Khaimah … one of the most reputed hotel those days and was happy to see that they maintain their standard and prestige to date ..

this is the 2nd time i booked this hotel in RAK, Im very thankful for the free room upgrade they give me. from standard room to suite. thank you so much
