Great location, very clean and quiet place. The reception staff had a very positive and welcoming vibe.

I would like to specifically thank the gentleman who was the manager in charge at the reception on 19 March around 12:30-1pm, unfortunately I do not remember his name & called the hotel to ask about him to thank him in person, but still could not get a hold of him. I was not feeling well at all & had an upset stomach & he took care of me till I left for the airport around 3:30pm although I had already checked out. Thank you once again for your kindness & you set a perfect example for how a manager should be!

Very elegant and pleasant staff

Basic but good accommodation, good enough for 1-2 night stay. Own free parking, breakfast, free stay for the dogs. Not in the city but there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very quiet and cozy, with a very clean and accessible place, with pleasant and polite staff, it is recommended with a very high score.

In October 2025, I have stayed 3 nights in Ahiska Palas Hotel in Kars. Overall, my experience has been very positive. 1) The personnel is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Not everyone here speaks English well, but Berk in particular surely does. Everything can be managed without any difficulties. Also online, communication has run very smoothly and in good English. Answers were being provided very fast and possible unnecessary misunderstandings were already being avoided beforehand. 2) The breakfast is a very strong point. It is not buffet-style, but both hot and cold items are being served on plates to each individual guest. The choice made for tasty food products, such as locally produced cheese and honey, is outstanding. The amount of food is plenty. Besides, Turkish coffee can be ordered too by just asking the staff for it. 3) The location is excellent and very practical. The hotel is situated next to the historical main square at the base of Kars castle. All the main places of interest can be comfortably reached by foot. Various shops and eateries are nearby. The neighbourhood is safe and this holds for the evening hours too. Furthermore, the bus stop for the public bus to Ani is just a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. 4) The room in which I have stayed was nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable and during the night, it is quiet outside. In the very large and modern bathroom, hot water is always available and water pressure is strong. Cleanliness of the hotel and its rooms is being ensured by the personnel in a very decent manner. 5) A huge compliment for Ahiska Palas Hotel and its staff is that it was possible for me to have breakfast a little bit earlier on the day when I visited Ani. This really was very pretty. I am highly satisfied with my stay in Ahiska Palas Hotel in Kars. Therefore, I can definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. Happy new year and keep up the good work in 2026 and beyond!

Very good hotel: good location, clean, comfortable, staff - all is excellent

My family and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Our room was spacious, bright, and neat. It was also close to shopping centers, making it easy to get around by walk. The only downside was that the hotel doesn't have a private parking lot. However, the staff helped us find a convenient parking spot right in front of the hotel, and we were satisfied with the arrangement. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. They were always helpful, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. Overall, considering the price we paid, it offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The guy at the front desk was so friendly. Gave us excellent recommendation for a restaurant at a ski area. Tried to give us tea several times. There was free street parking on the side of hotel. Just stayed one night. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good.

It is the first time I have stayed at this brand new hotel, but I will be sure to always stay here anytime I might again be in Erzurum. The staff was very professional and kind and helpful, and my room was just so well planned and convenient. The bed is to die for! And the breakfast was excellent! It is also convenient that you don't have to drive into the crowded center of Erzurum. I highly recommend Otel Noém!

Good location, nice people working, not far from the pickup point for the Ani bus. What more could you want?

The location was great. The staff was great for Iranians. They knew Persian perfectly. The breakfast was ordinary but satisfying.

Great location to walk to so many fun things within 15 minutes or so. Staff is kind and helpful and the room was spacious and a great value!

The staff could not have been more helpful, especially the female receptionist and the owner. I'm currently on a cycling trip and ran into some mechanical problems but unfortunately the parts could only be obtained from Ankara. The owner of the hotel arranged for someone to pick up the part in Ankara and take the overnight bus to deliver them the next day here. I was overwhelmed by their kindness and helpfulness. Also the burgers in the attached downstairs bar were excellent!!
