Very nice hotel just next to the lake. Good breakfast. Clean room. Close to everything. The only thing we were missing is the kitchenette- but I guess you should tell this in advance- since some rooms had it.

Everything was wonderful location itself the hotel was clean and the views from upper was amazing and the best part was the staff of the hotel wich where very helpful our cell phone felt on the elevator space and with the help of the staff they found it in miniutes , kudos to everyone

With a discount that was a pretty good deal to go to the Lutzmansburg Therme: room + Therme entry + breakfast. Very clean and quite room, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Convenient parking. 2-3 min drive from the Therme.

Decent room with 3 single beds (2 joined together and the third one separate). Fairly quiet location (perhaps because we visited this establishment off season). Great variety for breakfast. Ample parking. Beautiful lake promenade nearby.

My wife and I spent a week at Al Faro in July of 2023. The hotel is very nice, with clean, spacious rooms. The breakfast is absolutely top-notch, with huge variety of food and very tasty as well. Where the experience really shines, however, is with the staff. I can honestly say I've never been to a friendlier hotel. Everyone was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and warm. We would 100% stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with many fresh products, such as regional fruit juices from local farmers. We felt very comfortable.
