The staff were very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was easy to find a place by yourself in the upstairs infinity pools. The physiotherapist was amazing and really helped my pain levels. The food was incredible. Plentiful and of a very high and tasty standard. A seven course dinner no less and included in half board. The hotel had free e-bikes to borrow and the town was set out so perfectly for riding around. You can ride over the bridge between Germany and Austria. There were many fitness activities you could sign up for like stretching and water aerobics. I had a wonderful time. I could have stayed there another week at least!

It was absolutely one of the best vacations we took as a family. We have 4 children with wide range of ages from 2 to 14, and everyone had fun on the slides, even we as adults enjoyed sliding with our kids. We were there in June, which is off season because Austrian and German kids are at school until July. So, the lines were very short and if we went to the park after dinner, we were almost alone, which was incredible. Staying at the hotel Paradiso made our stay a lot easier as we were able to go in and out of the park easily. The downside of coming there off season was that the padding zoo was not there yet and all parts of the park except for the Aquapulco (kids part) were closed. But the saunas reopened on the last day of our stay and the saunas were amazing! They have a wide choice of different saunas, and also two snow rooms. It’s available only for kids over the age of 16, and rightfully so as people walk there naked. We sneaked some of our kids there in the evening around 9 pm when there were almost nobody left there and the kids loved the saunas too. I wish they have at least one hour - two hours designated each day for kids to attend and not allow any naked adults, so the kids can also get the full experience. The food was OK, very thoughtful breakfast with lactose free option of milk, butter and cheese and freshly squeezed orange juice. Dinner was good enough with some dishes tasting better than others. Staff was incredible polite, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a stress free, worry free wonderful relaxing time in there. We liked it even better than Disney Cruise that we took two months ago.

Very clean, modern, hotel. Very big rooms and big bathrooms. A very big parking too. Near to town center, which is pretty and well maintained too. So great location. You only need to walk through a small tunnel under the train tracks, towards the church, and you will find the pretty town center with café's and restaurants. Pleasent town.

Unfortunately we arrived when the hotel restaurant and bar...

Unfortunately we arrived when the hotel restaurant and bar were closed (Thursdays) had we known we would have cancelled the booking. We always book for hotel with restaurant/ bar and parking. The evening attendant spoke no english and made no effort to try and help our limited german understanding. We found him rude. Thankfully within a 20 minute walk we found a great hotel where we ate very well and had a few beers. See photos. Booking.Com and hotel need to make it much clearer at time if booking that their facilities could be limited on arrival. Shame really as breakfast was reasonable. However their loss. would not stay again due to attitude on arrival. Thankfully only stayed one night.

Good luck finding food on a Thursday night at 9:30pm. Most restaurants close then. I found a kebab place, which promptly informed me "only pizza though" - fine, except they insisted on cash only ... so I ended up at the only available option: Mac. And then: Well, hey, it's Braunau: famous for one thing and one thing only – tbf it's not their fault, I suppose. But not a nice vibe nevertheless.

A very positive surprise.

A very positive surprise. The tow has some nice restaurants and a lot of activities in the surrounding. We would have loved to stay at least a day more. The walking or biking tour of the views of the danube including the Schlogener Schlinge seems very interesting. Getting arround is easy on foot or on bike. Overall it's a great spot for nature tourism.

Excellent playground with a walk around a large pond. "Wasser Spielplatz" the water playground requires teamwork (parent and child) to manage the water flows. There is another small playground nearby with a small water feature. We didn't have time to visit Weg der Sinne, perhaps next time. Plenty of parking in the town centre, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores.

A rather quiet village with a train station situated at the river Inn. As it was out of season there was not a lot to do. There are not a lot of shops. We ate at the hotel and did not see another restaurant, they were closed so it looked.

Small, old Austrian town with houses from a postcard... We could not believe our eyes that all houses in the old town were actually old and they were all beautifully renovated. The Inn is very close to the main square, it's worth taking a stroll along the river.

We only had one night, but everything was perfect, adapted to our situation with the three dogs. The staff is very kind and warm. We will be happy to return if necessary. We recommend a stay in this wonderful place.

A pretty little village in Austria linked to another nice...

A pretty little village in Austria linked to another nice village with a castle on top of a hill opposite. Access on foot (or by bike) is excellent. The castle buildings are accessible though not open before 11 am. Great views, well worth a visit if one likes such places.
