Great location, superb facilities, upgraded room was a 1 bedroom apartment.

The hotel and staff were amazing. They made us feel at home and took incredible care of us even through broken bones and flight delays. The breakfast is incredible, the beds are super comfortable, the distance to the lift is good. Perfect for families. Hope to get to go again.

The breakfast was amazing. I really liked how each table was reserved for guests for breakfast. That was a nice touch to know where to sit. The front desk staff and the restaurant were all very pleasant and helpful. The food at breakfast was very delicious. The room was great. The pool and sauna area were amazing. Having a nice relaxing area to calm down after a day of skiing was wonderful.

It’s located between Kappl and Ischgl and they have the free shuttles to all lifts and back. The ski shop is inside the hotel. There is very big spa downstairs as well. Rooms are stylish and comfy. Breakfast is very good.

Good rooms, good size and clean

This place is run like a well oiled machine. Staff and management are always available to assist. You can relax here easily. The sauna is also an excellent way to relax after a long day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to ski in Kappl, Austria.

The Post hotel Kappl has old world charm.The service is fantastic, the food and facilities are excellent.Nice spa, great breakfast,Convenient to the ski bus, Kappl ski lift,ski rental,grocery store, restaurants, etc.

The hotel was fantastic - the location was perfect, staff was overly friendly and helpful - 5 star hotel! It was so helpful to have parking at the hotel and also lockers to store your ski gear. The entrance to the hotel was about 50 meters from the tunnel that led to the mountain. Could not have been better!

I booked online without doing much research. Upon arriving I realized that I made a great choice! The hotel is extremely conveniently located. Everything was top notch service and high end. My room fee came with breakfast and dinner. Both being fantastic. While you are there you keep the same table at all times. The Apre Ski scene is what Ischgl is known for, and it does not disappoint. You can start in the hotel's own bar and proceed on to Trofana for a massive Apre Ski experience. The ski rentals and main Gondola is a stone throw's away and clean and professional. The runs are clearly marked with color and number. All around it was a great ski hotel and vacation.

Perfect 10! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning. My room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and the convenient underground parking made getting around a breeze. The location was super accessible, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Totally recommend this place for a fantastic stay!
