Great place and staff, excellent breakfast

The best part of the hotel is the staff, they are always smiling, cultured, friendly and helpful. All my compliments to the staff. The breakfast is quite good, the breakfast area is very nice with a view of the mountains and ski slopes. The only thing missing is bottles with natural water and sparkling water, my recommendation is to put them for breakfast. Excellent view of Schladming from the hotel.

Hotel is in a very beautiful location, Room was clean and Staff was so friendly. Value for money. Plenty of parking spaces and a EV charger close to the hotel.

Be first on when the gondola opens made easy! Helpful front desk. Wish to come back in season

The views from the hotel room were amazing. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The upkeep of the hotel is good. Breakfast was very good in the morning. We also enjoyed the sauna every day after skiing. The location was good, we rented a car. It was possible to drive to restaurants and the ski slopes.

We loved at stay at this hotel. Nothing is spared. They even offer fruit and drinks by the swimming pool for free and the cake time at lunch was a delicious surprise. We've had a wonderful short stay there with our two small children and we are looking forward to our next visit. The hosts are wonderful and their effort is reflected in the high quality of the accomodation.

My wife and I checked in Monday night July 7th and checked out Wednesday July 9th. At first our stay did not start out well because the TV wasn't working in 401. Fannie did an excellent job and gave us another room in 305 (our 3rd room). The TV wasn't working either. The next day the maintenance technician figured out the problem and repaired all the TVs that were not working in the upper level of the hotel. During checkout I mentioned my frustration and Herr Peter was very understanding and gave us a discount for the troubles. Because of his professionalism I highly recommend JUFA hotel. I like how Herr Peter spoke kindly and handled my stress with care. What is important,, JUFA hotel is very clean, organized and has a wonderful lobby for the children, outdoor seating, and a nice restaurant. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town. . We will come back 🤗👍

The staff were very friendly and engaging. We had a wonderful dinner at the attached restaurant. They patiently allowed us to sit and play games as a family. We had time to kill as we were waiting to take our daughter to a local activity. We were grateful to sit in a beautiful setting.

The property is simple, but clean and and a great value. We were attending F1 races at Red Bull Track. Felt very welcome and comfortable.

Get a massage! One of the best I have ever experienced! The pool was great and relaxing. The dinner was exceptional each night. With the surrounding mountains, the location was picturesque. We absolutely want to make our way back .

The location is calm and beautiful.

This is now going to be one of our favorite places to visit. The views were spectacular, the food was great, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the little hikes near and around the hut were perfect for me and my son.  We will be back again in the very near future. 

Amazing view with large balcony windows all around the apartment.. nice sitting room and well equipped kitchen..

Walking distance to everything we needed for the few days we were there. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were so comfortable. The extra amenity of towel warmers was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

I picked the property because it was adult only. We loved it. We were pleasantly surprised by the cake bar from 2-4pm which was super nice midday break from skiing. Very good cuisine, super nice staff (mostly croatian) and our room was superb- view of the mountains right from the bed. The room was expensive for us though, but we treated ourselves and dont regret.

Fantastic location, close to the cross country track, the staff was very helpful and nothing was a problem, gave advice for everything. The appartment was spacious, with great views, all necesarry utensils, clean, the beds were comfy. Dog friendly. Sauna was terrific. Breakfast was delicious.

Wellness area is amazing. The outside bar has a great atmosphere and the Sushi is delicious, you would not expect that
