The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great food options included in the half-board and the rooms were very clean. Ski bus picked us up right outside the hotel and it was just a few minutes to the gondola to ski the Zillertal Arena.

The room for single traveller was amazing. Fridge in the room, balcony. Nice set-up of the room.

A clean and beautiful property. Dutch owners, so Ditch language was easy and welcome. The room was very clean and felt great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Many things could be done in the surrounding area. Diner and breakfast were great. The kids enjoyed the playing area outside.

Spacious rooms with great balcony view. Check in/out was very easy and express. Reception staff were super friendly. The location is near the cable car and there’s also a fun coaster.

The Englhof Hotel is a beautiful family-run establishment with a long-standing history. The building itself is stunning, centrally located in Zell am Ziller, yet slightly off the main drag which ensures a peaceful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly and truly understands what it means to be a gracious host. They cater to guests on an individual basis, offering suggestions on places to visit and where to dine. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The hotel is immaculate and well-cared for. Within the hotel is a spa featuring four saunas and a relaxation room with mountain views. A special mention must be made for the bar, which offers exquisite cocktails. It stands as the best of its kind in Austria, a claim backed by numerous awards. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel's restaurant is outstanding, showcasing excellent Austrian cuisine. They had no issues accommodating a vegetarian option. I highly recommend this hotel and eagerly anticipate my return.

The hotel is in a very nice location. The room was nice and clean. A safe parking place in a garage was offered for our motorcycle. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was a dream.

This is a beautiful traditional austrian lodge in a scenic location in a valley between many mountains. I eat breakfast and dinner there as well and both were great. My room had a nice deck and very comfortable bed. The Sauna/Spa is no clothing so just be advised. It was not a big deal and the woman I saw wore towels. They have many different saunas segmented by heat level, a steam room, and a bubble tub that is at 87 degrees. They also have a cold bucket dump between sauna sessions and a relaxation room. Only issue was it was only open from 15:30 to 10pm. I would have loved to use it the morning I left.

The Hotel was absolutely stunning Rooms are very spacious and beautifully laid , everything was thoughtful designed. its central location was perfect. Breakfast was Fabulous , and the overall experience was great , We absolutely loved it.
