Great place to visit, due to the weather forecast, we really stacked our activities for the start of our holidays, so we found we ran out of things to do on the back end of the holiday when the weather wasn't as good. 5 days would have been great, 6 was probably a day too long during winter.

Our stay was to recharge our batteries and that we did . We weren’t looking for a 5star fancy hotel, we wanted a home away from home and that’s what we got. We went to sleep by the sound of the waves and woke to the sound of kookaburras laughing. The weather was just right, every afternoon taking a dip followed by long walks along the beach . Day trips that could be as short as you wanted or all day . Have already booked for next year, I just wish that we had booked the whole house. Can’t wait to make more memories

Kooringal is a great place to get away while still having access to local shop/bar/restaurant (Gutter Bar), beautiful beaches and easy access to the rest of the island. A trip up the western beach to the big sand dunes is a must!

It is a very lovely place to visit with families and friends for a long weekend.
We have enjoyed a number of activities, ATV bike, Swimming, Helicopter etc.
It was nice to walk along the beach and watched the dolphin feeding as well.
We would love to come back later.

We really enjoyed our time but probably stayed a little too long. 5 days would have been ideal. Lots to do or just do nothing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the Grill and resort restaurants was very good and reasonably priced.
We are an older couple and really enjoyed the boat trips and taking it easy. There are lots of things to do but we were happy to laze around.
The wild-life - mainly but not just the sea animals, was a real treat. The pace at the resort was great. Not too crowded. The younger people seemed to be enjoying themselves playing sports, riding bikes, getting together in the evenings.
We live in Redcliffe, just across the water but this was our first time at Tangalooma. We plan on coming back and make it a regular 'time out' for us.
