so good everything so nice they took me to central dhaka where i could see the mesmerizing beauty of the city and the modernist architecture.Then i enjoyed a great breakfast in the room.They even let me use the pc to solve some work related issue.

Tapas Das will make you feel welcome and explain his vision of tourism making a contribution to the local community. Breakfast delivered to your terrace is the perfect way to start the day. The trip Tapas organised for us to Lawachara was fantastic. He can also help with train tickets etc.

It’s a brand new facility so everything was clean as expected. But what I loved was the service, especially from duty manager Mr. Rubel, who went out of his way to help me get a complementary breakfast although it wasn’t included in my booking. All other staff were also polite and seemed well trained!
The location is also fantastic - only a mere few minutes away from the airport (by foot and by car), and is attached to Centrepoint Mall, which features a food court, arcade, movie theatre, and tons of retail stores. Really happy with the stay!

Great location in the heart of the downtown. The staff provided excellent service start-to-finish. Zakir at the front desk provided great information as I planned my visit in and around Sylhet, and helped me find a rental car with driver at a very reasonable rate for an excursion out of town to the Ratargul Swamp Forest. My room was crisp, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view over the city. I had an excellent stay at Royal Mark and would gladly return on my next visit to Sylhet.

Jatra Flagship Sylhet was booked by my son from London. I like this hotel very much because their service is very good and their rooms are very clean and tidy. Most of all I like their staff. They are helping me in many ways. For example, I didn't have any Bangla money and my credit card was not working. Then Asad gave me maximum support in this matter, thank you very much. Because since coming to Bangladesh, many people have tricked me in this matter, but Asad is a different kind of good person. Thanks to Jatra Flagship Sylhet for having such a help full man ❤️
