Everything was great. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a room with an ocean view, and it was amazing. I was also satisfied with the breakfast. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Mama Shelter Lille made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed. Staff were really helpful and friendly - and were happy to help us in English. We also had excellent breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in ages. We were so cosy and comfortable in our room that we almost didn't want to leave to face the winter elements! Mama Shelter is also close to the Eurostar station and easy to find.

What a wonderful place to stay, close to all the action yet far enough to be quiet at night. The rooms are very well appointed ,the air conditioning fantastic and the beds were incredibly comfortable There is not a lift but the staff was very accommodating to those who could use a hand with their luggage. With all the positives of this place the people who work here are its greatest strength. Anthony was especially helpful, he was very accommodating in meeting our needs and then going further in helping us with some difficult health situations. We didn’t lift a finger as he set up what needed to be done and we were more than appreciative! We will return one day to this beautiful city and when we do, it will be a bee line to the Kanai Hotel. Highly recommended!

Good location so you could walk and explore, the staff was friendly and helpful, the town it’s in is very sweet, the hotel was clean and had what we needed.

Its very cheap. Reception was friendly. Check in was done in 2minutes. Its only a 20minute drive from the ferry to Dover.

Superb bed, pillows, and linen. Good noise insulation (best I remember in a long time, I barely heard any steps from the corridor, and no banging doors). Great shower (as other reviews state it's not in a separate room, but not an issue for me). Very convenient to have Le Club for some coffee or water and a small bite (tasty chocolate cake). Helpful staff. Very good in all areas. I wonder what the mattress is (found the others already). To be fair I only tried them a short time, but great impression.

Definitely the cheapest place in town.
