Spacey hotel and rooms. Very quiet. Well positioned to visit the region like the barrage of Gileppe.

Veerryyy spacey and clean rooms. Restaurant at the location. The hotel itself is located in a very small village without shops etc. The surroundings are nice, a après ski restaurant is only a couple of minutes drive away. We wish the staff a bit more warmth in their interaction with guests

Apartment B was a nice space with a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the good selection for breakfast, which included boiled eggs, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. The staff was efficient and friendly enough.

Everything! The location, the modern and clean rooms, the restaurant, and the staff were all exceptional.

We cane after check in time, we didn’t know that check in until 9:00 PM we came at around 11 PM, and the owner was very helpfull once we called him . Room was big & comfortable, hot showers 😍

Very clean and nicely done room. Very nice bathroom. Friendly staff and breakfast was amazing. Located in the heart of the city just a few minutes walk from the cable car to the spa thermes. Perfect stay!

Spacious room with balcony, bathroom was big with big shower and jacuzzi bath. Area was nice in the center of the small town Coo. Nice big restaurant with big terras, good food and service.

The hotel has an excellent location right next to the thermes, parking is easily accessible, however, the overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for the price. Something you won’t find in the description: this is a hotel without a reception (more like an Airbnb), with a confusing check-in process involving lockers that felt like an escape room. Access is only through a back entrance, which is a muddy path, and a narrow, dirty staircase accompanied by restaurant odors from the exhausts. The check-in time was listed as 11:30 on Booking.com, yet the actual check-in wasn’t until 15:00. Our room wasn’t ready, but the owner was polite and quick to resolve the issue when called, which was appreciated. The room itself was small and felt outdated. There was no chair or seating area, and space for luggage was limited. The soundproofing is poor, so every noise from the hallway can be clearly heard in the room. The bathroom was nice and the bed acceptable, the room could have been cleaner (e.g., a dead mosquito on the desk). The tea provided was good, but there was no coffee maker. The WiFi worked perfectly, and the soaps were of good quality. Would I recommend it? Only if the hotel improves its check-in process, updates the rooms, or adjusts the price. As it stands, it doesn’t live up to its potential.

Amazing venue to stay for gravel bike packing trip, the restaurant has great food and nice Wallone ambiance and the breakfast is luxurious.

Where do I start? I loved the decoration and feel of the property. The staff were amazing!! Great front desk, dining service and room service. Let me say the food was amazing! The chateau is newly renovated and it shines. So cozy . This is a great add to any journey in the Ardennes. Highly recommend.
