Nice rooms, comfy beds, and pillows. The spa is excellent for this kind of place - pool water temperature was perfect, everything was spotless. Good kitchen, food was delicious. I can recommend this hotel; our stay was perfect.

The winery hotel and restaurant were simply fantastic, and my room with the garden patio was really a treat. I loved the wines I tried with my meal and the night I spent there was also memorable for the fact that I watched the Bulgarian superstar, Dara smash it with her Eurovision song and performance during dinner!

Great location, close to the city center, free parking with the hotel. Great room, clean, feel recently renovated, and great staff! The breakfast was nice too, with good coffee.

This is a beautiful hotel designed as a castle set in a wonderful scenic park right beside a romantic lake. The rooms ate huge. Ask for a room facing the lake. Breakfast was very tasty. Very good shower..

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel - the room was spacious and clean. I had good amount of sunlight into the room. The pool was not crowded and had the chance to swim. The saunas were also comfortable. I'd like to point out that the staff were super helpful and nice to me.

Everything. Location- 2 minutes from central square, 10 minutes to Rosarium park and museum in quiet street. Closed private parking. Wonderful breakfast, good aircondition. Lovely personal at the reception Large room with nice bathroom and separate bidet. Really deserves it's 4 stars.

Such a wonderful hotel full of old world charm. Beautifully decorated and very well maintained, this is my favorite hotel in all of Bulgaria. The rooms are beautiful and filled with thoughtful features and the beds are comfortable. Even though it’s in the middle of the city I didn’t hear any noise at all, from inside or outside. Both the front desk employees were so friendly and helpful and the food and atmosphere in the restaurant was great and service attentive. The breakfast buffet has everything you could imagine you ever wanted.
