We loved our stay here! Juan is an excellent host & makes a nice breakfast for all to enjoy. His coffee was very good too. Just a straight walk down the street and you are on the beach. It was located on a quiet street with very little traffic. There was a water filter system set up so you could refill your bottles as needed. The pool was a nice addition and great for cooling off in the heat of the day. Across the street was a restaurant owned by Fernando that offered great options for eats & a small buffet that we really enjoyed. Very affordable too. We really didn’t eat anywhere else as we liked Fernando place. Fernando was good friends with the owner of this place & so the recommendation came from Juan. There was also a golden retriever at the property who was super friendly and just a sweetie. 4 nights was not enough!

On my opinion this is the typical Brazilian beach house that has everything you need in a comfortable staying, making you feel well and rest nicely without any night noise…and fresh sea breeze. It was nice interacting with Diego the owner and knowing that he’s putting a lot of effort to offer you a very nice staying.

The pool was also really clean and Sr. Toninho is the best person to be make the drinks at the pool, he is so sweet and incredible professional, all the staff was very friendly and doing above and beyond to make everyone happy. Our visit to Santos was for departing on MSC Grandiosa...

Our visit to Santos was for departing on MSC Grandiosa crossing to Europe Genoa. Therefore site seeing was limited. But what we saw was great and friendly People. From Sao Paolo, Guarolhos Airport, we made use of COMETA bus services to Santos Bus terminal. Excellent and affordable, from Santos bus Terminal we used a Taxi' to The Studio as well as to MSC Cruise Terminal.

It's a beach town, so don't expect high-end restaurants or the likes. Tombo beach is lovely, service in most places is very good (if not always that professional or English-capable), and the vibe is relaxed.

Praia Grande was everything l dreamt of people we met were very hospitable we made friends the only thing we did not manage to engage ourselves in is site seeing it was raining most of the time and we had shorter time next time we will have flexibility in time. l will have to make sure the property has at list one staff that is multilingual who will care for foreign clients and who is well trained in PR that l found it lacking for they should have notified us that the kitchen is no longer in existence so we wouldn`t waste money buying groceries and still be eating out

A run-down town.

A run-down town. Muddy roads with sinkholes as you go toward the beach. Pockets of private, wealthy housing with guards. Along where we stayed, the beach is too shallow, and there are dangerous currents in places. The town center is Ok with many small shops and eateries, but on the shabby side.

Is the best city I know in Brasil, because the beaches, the people, infrastructure, food,etc. You can walk safety close the the beach at any time and nobody bothers you or ask for money. We were at Boqueirao where you notice very educated people on spite were carnival days with many people coming from Sao Paulo. I never saw a drunk or a homeless during my stay and you can see a lot of police men taking care of the order. A very nice place to visit several times with modernity and confort everywhere.

YOU CAN VISIT MANY BEACHES IN THE AREA. RESTAURANTS WERE GOOD AND IN EASY WALKING DISTANCE, YOU HAD TO USE BECAUSE THIS HOTEL IN MY EYE DIDN'T HAVE ONE AS ADVERTISED.THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED WHEN YOU NEED IT. lUNCH AND EVENINGS. I WOULD CALL IT A BREAKFAST FOOM. THE BATHROOM/SHOWER ROOM IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR THE LARGER PERSON,NO SPACE TO TURN OR EVEN ENTER THE SHOWER . LOCATION IS VERY GOOD THOUGH.

Great beach with nice places to go around if you are driving...

Great beach with nice places to go around if you are driving, examples are: Prainha Branca, Praia do Tombo, Boraceia and Maresias beach, Pão de Açucar grocery store at Riviera de São Lourenço, waterfalls around the area (ask a local), you will have to drive and take the ferry.

I love everything - staff, cleanliness, breakfast, ambiance, the facilities are amazing, support and assitance from staff, concierge service is excellent - they provide towels - nice ones, they provide converter sockets, descent food. We have been to Brazil before and stayed in the Blue Tree Towers in Sao Paulo, Tatuape - there is no comparison in terms of cost and quality of service and cleanliness etc. We will be using Sheraton Santos Hotel again. I pray they keep up the standard of service.
