Great staff, loved having a fireplace

Very comfortable room with balcony looking at the mountains. Hotel was away from the hustle of downtown Banff, so it was nice and quiet, but still convenient. They gave us free bus passes to get around town for easy access. The staff was very friendly and stay was very comfortable.

Breakfast was nice and room super big. Could have accomodated an extra 2 people. Yard and hot top hours were until 11pm, which is nice as normally it's only till 10pm. Breakfast was crowded, but nice.

Our stay was pleasant right from the start. The staff were friendly, our rooms were very clean and comfortable, had a great view of the river/mountains, and even woke up to a buck grazing below our balcony. The pool and steam room was our favorite part by far. We’d return for a weekend just to sit in that steam room again lol overall great stay! Thank you to the staff for making it so accommodating and for being so friendly!

Perfect location to stay between Banff and Jasper

We upgraded to the Mountain View room and we highly recommend it. The view is just amazing, waking up every day and being able to watch sunrise. The beds were very comfy. The staff were great and the use of the hot tub. You do need a car to get there but it’s so close to Banff’s town centre.

Breakfast was better than expected with a great variety of options, including yogurt, bagels, breads, pancakes, sausages, and scrambled eggs. The room was also very clean and pleasant to stay in.

The room was clean and spacious. We had a jacuzzi in the room, which was the best part.

The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The shower had really good water pressure. The hot pool and sauna were very nice and not too busy. The gym was small but had good basic equipment. Toiletries and towels were provided and very nice, and the free parking was a great bonus. Staff were very nice and checked us in early for no extra cost
