Very comfortable room with balcony looking at the mountains. Hotel was away from the hustle of downtown Banff, so it was nice and quiet, but still convenient. They gave us free bus passes to get around town for easy access. The staff was very friendly and stay was very comfortable.

Located a 1 minute walk from the heart of Banff, the Moose Hotel & Suites features a spa center and on-site bar. Each unit offers a patio or balcony. Every air-conditioned room has a flat-screen TV.

At check-in, staff offered an upgrade to a larger room at a reduced rate. It was on the quieter side of the hotel. It had a separate sitting room and dining area with facilities to heat food, if required. The hotel had a laundry facility for guests to use, which was extremely helpful.

The powerful shower was so good and there is a massage facility on the bottom of the bathtub!!. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so good that I wanted to stay longer.

Everything! Location, staff, breakfast was magnificent, dinner was delicious and the menu was extensive. Our rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean with stunning views of the mountains and comfortable beds. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the beautiful town of Canmore and other pretty walking trails.

This all-suite hotel in Canmore is within 15 minutes' drive of Banff National Park. Each spacious suite offers a full kitchen, a deck or patio and free WiFi.

I like the ambiance of the room. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean. We enjoyed swimming at the pool.

The cleanest hotel ever. BIG bedroom room with ante room, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and free coffee machine in the lobby. Room has aircon and heater.
