Wonderful cabin, super clean with a fireplace!

The owners were great communicators. They seemed to really care about my experience. The place was beautiful. Instructions were easy.

Despite being a long walk from the town of Banff, the views from this hotel are amazing! The hot tub, patio are and fire pits all offer beautiful views and a relaxing experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating too. They offer a shuttle every 30 minutes to get into town, as well.

[Apologies in advance for the length of this review, but it bears noting all of the beauty created by what must have been a labour of love, and a ton of hard work, effort and time.] This house is by far one of the most beautiful accommodations we have stayed in over the past 40 years. It was immaculately clean and had just been newly renovated. We were a little nervous, looking at the pictures of the exquisite decor and furniture, and wondered if it might be a bit too fancy for us to relax! Needless to say, our worries were all unfounded and the entire house was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Our daughter enjoyed having the lower level to herself, which included the home theatre and combination ping-pong/pool table as well as steam sauna. The main level had a well stocked and organized kitchen, with a large, beautiful kitchen/dining table and gold cutlery! The middle area of the main floor with the beautiful wooden custom-made table and four white chairs in front of the fireplace was a great place to relax with a glass of wine and your favourite book, puzzle, or family games. Our favourite part was the beautiful oversized soft green couch, perfect for snuggling into with a blanket and binge watching on the big screen TV on a rainy day! The entire top floor is dedicated to a beautifully decorated master suite with balcony overlooking the main floor. The bed was so comfortable and enormous! The two double sided mirrored closets framed the hallway leading to the master bathroom with two beautiful sinks, stand-alone tub, and a 12 foot walk-in glass shower complete with rainforest showerhead and other showerhead options. Lastly, the outdoor yard was huge, with beautifully coiffed green grass, trees, and flowers. A huge deck wraps around the entire house with seating attached.

Late check-in was quick and easy, coffee and hot tea etc for free in lobby, room awesome with kitchenette and comfy beds, good lights, elevator, free parking and free continental breakfast was great
