Overall great stay, very comfortable beds and clean room...

Overall great stay, very comfortable beds and clean room with nice interior decorations. One minor issue - some staff members were not the best - I checked in around 9am and paid the security deposit ahead of time, since the room was not ready yet. Staff told me I can pick up the key later. The morning staff were great and helpful. When I came back at 11pm the same day for my key, there was a different staff member who was very confused and could not find my paperwork, or evidence of me checking in. She was also not friendly and acted as if I was intruding. Luckily, I kept my receipt for paying my deposit and she was able to find the paperwork and room key after some time. Please ensure better communication between your staff members and ensure staff are friendly and welcoming to guests. Thank you!

St-Eustache isn't exactly a tourist destination, but if you are driving, there are many interesting things a short drive away (including in st eustache). There are many farms and artisanal producers, a honey farm, a lavender farm, apple orchards by the dozens, sugar shacks, a drive-in and a movie theater, a flea market, a health spa, a historical area down by the river, a water park a couple of towns over (and a beach club), the river itself.. lots to do and see (and taste!) in the area.

rooms wr quiet beds comfy .... but details like torn and out dated robes, no variety for breakfast no ambiance for dinner just a few things that I am not used to from this establishment in the past very good service and ambiance no spa services wr available during my stay that was a major down fall
