View and location were awesome

Our room wasn't ready at the check in time and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Offering us a choice of different rooms, or complimentary Buffet breakfast with late 4pm checkout if we wanted to wait for our booked room. Highly recommend hotel for location and staff!

It was a great location, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice hotel, especially for the price. I'm not sure why they've gotten so many negative reviews. Maybe not negative, but lower ratings. When I read through before I came I noticed that it was all good about the staff, but just complaints about old carpet. But they are in the process of updating, and it's not bad to begin with. Again, especially for the rate. It's very affordable. They have a IHOP right in the building, and so if you get hungry at night you can go eat there. I think they open at 7:00 a.m. and they're open until pretty late. They have live music playing.

Clean, good location , silent and hospitality

Staff was really nice, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in.

We had a room on the 21st floor of the hotel with amazing views of Niagara falls, definitely a "wow" factor when you walked into your room, as we had the most breathtaking views! Room was super, with a jacuzzi in our bathroom, fabulous shower and bathroom facilities. Our room was large and very comfortable.

The size of the room was bigger than i expected. The overall hotel was nicer than I expected. We chose a balcony room to watch the fireworks and it was perfect for that. Parking was easy too.

The view was amazing and location is beautiful

Parking fee was a bit higher. It needs to be not more than $10 CAD.

This hotel offers great value for the price. It’s conveniently located near the center of the Clifton area, with several Indian restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.

Location is in the center of clifton hill which is very convenient.

Everyone was VERY accommodating.

I loved the hot tub, view of the falls, and how comfortable my bed was to sleep in.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Andrea at the reception was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. The room was clean and cozy, and the view exceeded our expectations. Even during the coldest days of the year, we were able to enjoy the stunning view of the falls from the comfort of our room.

Location proximity to tourist attraction area

Beautiful hotel with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. The hotel is a short walk to restaurants and shops and wineries also very accessible!
