Incredibly helpful owner. Was available pretty much 24/7. Had a late flight but she still stayed up late to check us in. Extremely polite and kind!!!!! Like genuinely so so polite. Room was very spacious. Had a very nice view of the city. Bathroom was nice! Apartment building itself is very big and in a good location. The night market on Saturday (not sure if it’s every Saturday or not) was super lively and bright and awesome.

Great location and very comfortable rooms. The rooms sizes are quite large with all you would need for a great stay. The hotel has a few restaurants which were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast place with tons of food to choose from.

If you are a seafood lover or enjoys Japanese cuisine, this is a place to visit. I had so much good food in this city and it was super reasonable priced! And Dalian is known for its dried seafood. I managed to get a high grade spikes sea cucumber at a really good price. I would definitely want to go back to Dalian again

A gem in the Northern East where the taxi driver told us upon arrival 8 days schedule was too long, at the end, 8 days was proven too short for us. Shenyang itself has nothing much to offer but the surrounding area has proven to worth a trip by all means, but given the distances in between, each place will take a day or at least half a day, so definitely you need to plan ahead 3-4 days to visit the surrounding area, and in Shenyang the city itself, must check the shopping malls and endless restaurants, the food is so good, yet so cheap.

Lots of history in this smaller than average city going back...

Lots of history in this smaller than average city going back to the Korean war and also the most Eastern part of the Great Wall of China. Lots of restaurants that offer the famous Dan Dong BBQ. Good travel connections and taxis with the option to take a boat on the river to see the Korean side which was remarkably close with surprisingly few restrictions in place. The city was also very clean and relaxing to travel in compared to larger city travel. The Green Duck river was also easily visible from our bedroom window giving a relaxing feel to the area. Hire cars could be made available through the hotel and driving would present few problems here. All in all our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, but please bear in mind that we rated this property as an excellent 3+star hotel based on our international travel experiences, not 5 star mainly due to the lack of facilities and room information. We would certainly recommend this hotel viewed in that way and thank the management for their very helpful assistance with our delayed travel plans.

Dalian is a peninsulas in north China, a very beautiful, peaceful, clean environment with oceanic vibes. We came from San Francisco, and Dalian is smaller sized better SF. The Ocean Center is amazing with a large aquarium and shows, the Zoo is high quality and huge in size, the hotels and restaurants and everything else is awesome, comparable to any first class city world wide. The food is amazing, one large bowl of beef noodle soup only 15RMB, about $2, it's my favorite, you can get pretty much any food here, we tried one Indian cuisine and it was authentic northern Indian food, the farmer's markets are abundant fresh vegetables and fruits and meats, Chinese people have a great life here, the quality of living is great!

Best to keep away in winter months as extremely cold with a lot of snow. We lived for ten years in Shenyang and have many fond memories of the city. and places to visit.There Metro System is best but always crowded and can never get a seat.

Very beautiful city with loads to see and do. fabolous restraunts, great transport links, very clean citywith beautiful greenery and flower planters along streets. Beautiful street and building lighting at night. Very hospitable and friendly people both young and old. Nice mix of old buildings with new. lovely parks and sea views. loads for people to do and see, ideal for family holidays great transport infastructure for getting around. Lovely bars and clubs with live music for all types of music tastes, for young and old from popn to clasical to jazz. Great live theatre

Im sure Shenyang has many attractions, our short business trip didnt give time to fairly rate the city, although we can say that the traffic is intense and you have to loo out for the many small electric bikes and scooters!
