The hotel is a beautiful property and all the staff were awesome. The beaches are beautiful, not too crowded, and only a block from the hotel. We didn’t get to explore Tonsupa, but Atacames is a short taxi ride with a lot going on."

It was very bright and clean and directly across the street from the beach. It was very quiet area and I felt quite safe. The security at the hotel is also very good.

This place was such an I credible and warm stay. They entire staff is very warm and friendly. The food is some of the best I’ve had in Ecuador. The beach is literally right outside the property. You’ll fall in love with hearing the waves soothe you to sleep at night. Not only can you enjoy the beach but you can also take a refreshing dip in the pool. An Ecuadorian paradise!

Atacames is a fairly normal Ecuadorian Beach town.

Atacames is a fairly normal Ecuadorian Beach town. A nice, if comercial 'boardwalk' along the beach, the Malecon, and about 10 by 20 blocks of town behind it. Lots of choice for dining and shopping. The beach is clean and wide, the ocean a treat. Activities are available at not unstandard prices.

Atecames is a small resort town, prone to the problems of...

Atecames is a small resort town, prone to the problems of tourist areas the world over. But it is pleasant and well maintained and has a selection of restaurants and lodgings for any budget. There are markets for fresh food, seafood, and scads of clothes. Walking the beach is an endless pleasure and swimming in the ocean always makes me feel contented and relaxed.

It is nice and clean given that you travel out of holiday...

It is nice and clean given that you travel out of holiday season. I like the town because it offers different kind of food around. Nothing to do though but relaxing and taking sun baths, maybe a stroll through the beach. I’m traveling with kids so I’m not interested in night clubs or dancing. But nothing like yhat available there you got go to Atacames.

The beach is nice and there is a lot to do but this town has...

The beach is nice and there is a lot to do but this town has the feel of a tourist trap with lots of hustles going on to get you to pay money for stuff. There are a lot of people and the restaurants are only so so, and some of them are horrible for the money that they charge. The advantage is that it is a nice beach close to Quito.
