"Paris has so much to offer at different seasons. There is always something to do, including people watching, food, history, and don't forget the wine. Some of the best Michelin Restaurants in the world. Lasserre is highly recommended! Paris is easily a 5-6 day trip to enjoy just a tip of the iceberg, including shopping. An absolute must-see more than once."

"If you have to stay at or near CDG, I recommend this hotel highly. It was on the tram line that takes you to Hall 2 at the airport. The dinner was very good and a reasonable price and the breakfast was also very good. The hotel is newer and has clean rooms. A good place to begin or end a trip in Paris that is convenient to the airport."

"Bordeaux is a great place to visit. The riverside promenade, which streches for many kilomoters along the river, a is a fun place to observe local families as well as tourists. We recommend the city walking tour (book through the Tourist Information Bureau) and the Miroir d'eau is not to be missed - a visit at sunrise is worth the effort. We only had a few days during this trip and a previous visit but one could easily spend a week in the city enjoying the ambiance of the old city and many historical sites."

"Tours was full of life. Beautiful historical buildings, tree-lined cobblestone streets, small streets lined with cafés, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, flower shops, clothing boutiques. So much to do and see! It was also close proximity to many beautiful historical chateaus, castles and the beautiful countryside. Places like "Parc du Château de Chenonceau", "Château d'Amboise" and my favorite "Le Château du Clos Lucé - Parc Leonardo da Vinci", Leonardo Da Vinci's final destination. The home and grounds are full of his inventions! We were in the area for only two days but we will definitely return."

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Despite it is not very close to the city center, the subway is literally 2 steps from the door and allows to reach sightseeing relatively fast. The area looked safe and there were numerous cafes and shops. We had a view on Sacre Coeur directly from our room. The breakfast was great, really large choice and good quality. The room was very clean and the bath almost sterile with all needed supplies.

This property is amazing, it was very clean and staff were always there to help with anything we needed right away. Spa facilities are lovely and are a nice break from the Disneyland mid day heat. The shuttle service to and from Disney was the best we have ever experienced. You call, they come. No waiting around. Absolutley would stay here again if we went back to Paris Disney.

We stayed one night (travelled by Eurostar on Tuesday afternoon and came home on Wednesday evening) as we just wanted to visit the Louvre and the Bibliotheque National de Paris. We paid a bit more for a guided tour of the key masterpieces of the Louvre - highly recommended for the knowledgeable guide and the fact that we skipped a massive queue of people who had purchased their own tickets online. We had a wonderful meal at the Mieux restaurant in the 9th arrondissement - very popular with the locals, a small but lovely selection of French dishes on the menu. We stayed in the Hôtel Fior d'Aliza - again I'd recommend this for its comfort, good breakfast and easy access to the Louvre and Gare du Nord.

We watched the finish of Stage 7 of the Tour de France and the location was within walking distance to the finish line. Everyone was really nice.

Rouen is a lovely city where you can take your time and travel without rushing. Locals are very friendly, and the town is filled with ancient historic buildings. Its narrow‑yet‑clean, beautiful streets are a joy to wander. We enjoyed wonderful food during our stay. We chanced upon an excellent‑value French restaurant so good that we dined there two nights in a row; it was fully packed with guests each evening, creating a vibrant, lively atmosphere. We also found a Chinese restaurant and had a great meal there — the food tasted nice and the owner was very warm‑hearted. This city has left us with wonderful family memories. Our children hope to come back to Rouen someday.

Compact city that was very walkable and clean and atmospheric. The old town had interesting food places and shops, and it was significantly less crowded than big cities. Good base for exploring the Loire valley, with other places like Amboise and Blois within an easy 1-hour (or shorter) train journey.

I have known Honfleur from my early travels, 40 years ago, to today and have seen many changes from a fishing port with a great deal of history to a tourist mecca. I see it through different glasses than most tourists. However, the little town has managed to maintain its unique charm for everyone through supporting small personal businesses and only few chains and franchises.

Agreeably impressed by Caen, which felt like a working city which appreciates its heritage assets and knows how to have a little fun, with pleasant bars and cafes. Certainly a good base for exploring wider Normandy, and well served by public transport and bike paths and routes. We were on a cycling trip and didn't make time to visit the several big Romanesque churches, but spent an hour wandering around William the Conqueror's massive castle one evening, which is certainly monumental. As is usually the case in France, the roads around Caen are excellent and access to the D-Day beaches, La Suisse Normande and other places of interest in the region even in peak season was easy.

What a gem in France's crown.

What a gem in France's crown. Lovely city with so many unexpected features. From the beautiful Cathedral to the gentle meander of the river, it was a pleasure to explore. The main square was bustling late into the summer evening with lots for locals and tourists to do. The cafe and restaurants were lively and we found a particularly good one right beside the river. Orleans is steeped in history and just waiting to be explored some more.
