IndiaHad a wonderful stay at Le Trouville Hôtel de Charme in Trouville. The hotel was cozy, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, city center, fish market, and everything you may need, while still being in a quiet and peaceful area.
The reception staff were absolutely amazing — incredibly helpful and hospitable throughout the stay. Breakfast was also delicious with a great selection.
I would definitely come back next time and highly recommend this hotel for a charming stay in Trouville!

FranceOur stay here was nothing but awsome! We were greeted by Nicolas and their dogs Rose and Marcus. We stayed here for our son's birthday and the room was perfect and the ameneties was at our disposal (add some luck that there weren't much people staying the same time we were there). The breakfast was all fresh and served to you directly at the table in which in all of the hotels we have visited we have never experienced. We walked in the forest which is still part of the domain of the chateau (40he). Over all our stay here was PERFECT! It's just sad that we weren't able to extend our stay because it was privatised for the weekend. We will be back here for sure even just for a weekend.

Beautiful Location and pretty close to Etretat (10min drive). The quadruple room was spacious with a large bathroom. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. We made a mistake and did not know that check in was up to 7pm that evening but they we very kind and stayed to wait. Apologies but appreciated to kindness. The rest of the site with other accommodation (tents and treehouse) appeared clean and something we want to try next time if we ever return to this region. Do not know how the shared bathrooms/showers were as we had our own. We got there late but the main area was clean and had quite a few food options to order from.

Our stay in Etretat was absolutely wonderful. It is such a stunning place, and for its location, the price was truly ideal.
The room was very nice, clean, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt cozy and tidy, which made our time there even more enjoyable.
What made it even more special was the location — stepping out of the hotel and being just by the beach was incredible. We were literally right by the sea, which made every moment feel magical.
We absolutely loved our stay here.
The staff were also very kind, welcoming, and friendly, which added a lot to the overall experience.

Location was exceptional, right in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the harbour and sea. All the staff were professional and went out of their way to make sure it was a truly memorable stay. The breakfast ladies were hardworking and eager to please. We were lucky enough to have a great parking space for the duration of our 4 night stay. Very comfortable bed and clean bedding.

Gorgeous property with great attention to detail and service. The view and ambiance were outstanding. The food and drinks were excellent. We had a wonderful time exploring the town and making use of the on-site sauna. It was a very romantic weekend getaway. I would 100% recommend and would come again in the future.

Rouen is a lovely city where you can take your time and...
Rouen is a lovely city where you can take your time and travel without rushing. Locals are very friendly, and the town is filled with ancient historic buildings. Its narrow‑yet‑clean, beautiful streets are a joy to wander.
We enjoyed wonderful food during our stay. We chanced upon an excellent‑value French restaurant so good that we dined there two nights in a row; it was fully packed with guests each evening, creating a vibrant, lively atmosphere. We also found a Chinese restaurant and had a great meal there — the food tasted nice and the owner was very warm‑hearted.
This city has left us with wonderful family memories. Our children hope to come back to Rouen someday.

Our hotel was an oasis of calm. We needed it as Etretat is way too touristy for me. A sweaty heaving promenade that's been allowed to become a bit too 'Costa-del-sunburn'. Some classy retaurants but all rather tacky. The surrounding cliff walks were stunning but very similar to walking along Seven Sisters in East Sussex tbh! Start very very early is my advice. On our way back the paths were heaving with sooo many people, mostly taking Insta pictures or struggling along in flip-flops! I'm not a beach person and the beaches looks ok but again, really busy. My wife loved the clear water though.

This was my second visit to Dieppe in 2 years.
This was my second visit to Dieppe in 2 years. I love the huge market with great choice of fresh food from local farms including cheeses, honey, fruit and veg, plus an array of non food items including clothes and hardware; the Cafe des Tribunaux with its fine art deco interior and good tables in the sun out front for people watching and making new friends; and the beautiful Eglise Saint Jacques. Fantastic Moules Marinieres at Tout Va Bien on the attractive Quai Henri IV, and delicious gourmet fish lunch at Bistrot des Barrieres. Convenient shuttle bus from the ferry terminal to Dieppe railway station. Another visit needed to explore the castle and beaches!

My wife uses a manual wheelchair. That makes a difference. It is important to buy admission tickets for Monet's garden well in advance. The garden opens at 10am, but some groups "skip the line" and get in before then! Our tickets said 10am, and we were allowed in on the dot. Entrance was via Gate 1bis, down an alleyway, almost on the main road. THAT IS NOT GATE 1, which is adjacent! To get to Monet's pond and the iconic bridge, you have to cross the main road. Abled people do it via a subterranean passage; people in wheelchairs are taken across the road by a most charming gentleman, who opens a special gate! It is impossible for a person in a wheelchair to get around Monet's house, too many steps and stairs. There is an accessible toilet, but the (very good quality) gift shop is up three steps.

Once again France surprises us with a fantastic small town that we had not heard of before. Interesting medieval buildings, including an old mill over the river. The surrounding area is beautiful, especially along the Seine where it goes through limestone valleys covered in trees.
