I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special thanks to the receptionist Adelin and the kind lady at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) — both were always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The rooms are spotless, well-arranged, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Our 2 bed apartment was spotless, modern, & felt completely brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, the whole place was wonderfully quiet, & the room was much larger than we expected. We all slept brilliantly. The reception staff were outstanding, genuinely friendly, super helpful, & happy to assist with anything we needed. They also gave us lots of useful information about the local area, transport options, & how to get around. The location in Vincennes was perfect for us: a very pretty, clean, and safe neighbourhood with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, & a supermarket all close by. The walk to the metro through the woods was absolutely lovely & added to the charm of staying here. One of the biggest advantages was the secure underground car park directly beneath the hotel. For €15 per night, we could leave the car safely & travel into Paris without a single worry. We were also pleasantly surprised that we weren’t charged for the day we checked out, which meant we could leave the car there & enjoy our final day in Paris to the fullest. The apartment itself was so well equipped. We had a kitchen area, private balcony, separate toilet with sink (very convenient), & a spacious bathroom with a great hot shower. Hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, & lotion were all provided, a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels, storage areas, a filter coffee machine with coffee supplied, & ceiling fans in both the living room & bedrooms. We also really appreciated having separate sleeping areas, giving our daughter her own private room. So many hotels only offer two beds in the same space, so this layout made a huge difference to our stay. There was even a sofa bed in the living area if needed. Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I stood at the residence for a longer-term period and I have nothing to complain about. On the contrary - the room had space enough to stay longer, the equipments - kitchen, bathroom with everything you need for a long/short period of time. The staff was always nice, warm and responded quickly to any request. The cleaning of the room was made at regular basis and it was maintained for the whole period. There is situated near an excellent boulangerie, and a 5 min walking distance to the Metro staition with direct conection to center of the Paris in less than 30 min. My sincere thanks for the staff and all the employees! I am recommending this residence and I will gladly return when I will need to stay near Paris.

The place reminds me of a relaxed London. Yes there's overflowing bins, grafitti everywhere but... Despite all this using the Bolt app we got around cheaply and found so many great places selling amazing food ranging cheap near the apartment serving fresh pastries to tourist prices outside the attractions. The French people were nothing but nice to us, we had zero complaints apart from everyone smokes there... This however hasnt put is off wanting to return for longer next time and get more sites in and embrace the Frech cultire, food and chilled outness. Please check your hotel, apartment, b&b's surroundings as some are in the middle of abandoned industrial areas.

The hotel is modern, clean, with restaurant service and a short walk from the International terminal at Orly. It was the perfect choice for the night before my flight back to the United States. The only thing that didn't go well is that on the booking.com site, under directions, there was no indication how to walk to the hotel other than google maps which showed walking on the airport streets. The hotel did not respond to my request for the best way to get to the hotel until after I had arrived by taxi which was expensive. The walk back to the International Terminal the next day was less than 10 minutes. I recommend that the instructions be posted on the site.

Location and cleanliness are very good. The owner also provided us with restaurant and shopping tips. Parking available and relatively cheap too, as some hotels or apartments nowadays ask sometimes crazy prices. MRT nearby, so easy to get around. Enough places to eat and enough shops for the daily needs, making it an overall comfortable stay.

We used this place as a base for visiting Paris because we needed quick access to the airport by car when we depared. It was ideal for that but I would spend more time in the Charenton area seeing the Chateau and Parc de Vincennes next time.

My stay was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. There was no AC in the room, and the actual space looked nothing like the pictures online. Reception didn’t answer the phone after a certain time, which made things even more frustrating. To make matters worse, there’s a club right next to the hotel—so when I opened the windows for fresh air (since there was no AC), all I could hear was loud music. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

Villejuif is a somewhat unappealing parisian outskirt, however much better than the ones in the north of the city. It looks relatively safe in comparison to others and offers enough shopping possibilities for the daily needs such as supermarkets and fast-food restaurants. Downtown Paris is easy to reach with the underground line 7.

I was surprised how close Saint-Maurice to the metro station was walking by the beautiful streets, full of different shops, cafes and restaurants. A pleasant receptionist met us with a smile. Our room was very comfortable with appropriate furniture and with an amazing view from the window. A bathroom with necessary toiletries and hairdryer. Kitchenette well equipped. Everything was perfectly clean. I will definitely book again this accommodation while visiting Paris.

Residential area with apartment blocks on the outskirts of Paris with metro access to central Paris. Area felt safe. Not a great deal to see or do other than visit the large shopping mall - we were on foot so did not venture too far around Creteil and just used the hotel for a few days as a base to commute into central Paris to sightsee. There was a lake close by but we did not go there.

The property charged 200€ deposit which was to be refunded...

The property charged 200€ deposit which was to be refunded upon checkout when all was well. This was not communicated earlier and I agreed and paid anyway - it has been 16 days and no refund. They ask me to contact my bank which cannot see the refund but can see the purchase. The hotel is sluggish on this communication and avoids clarity. They now claim they don’t charge but ‘hold’ yet my account clearly shows a purchase. I’m deeply disappointed because I had a great time with my kids there and didn’t deserve to be ripped of 200€ as an International traveler.

Liked · The room was nice and had a good Air Conditioner since it was a new build room it look very modern and nice The bed was somewhat comfortable but not as comfortable as you think at home but you get what u pay for but for the price i payed for it was fine Disliked · The property did charge me property tax which i was not informed or even known about staff members just say its written in small print that i have to pay property tax as soon as i arrive for check in to my room which i did find absurd the room is a very small room the bathroom is bigger than the room itself which was really odd but then again you get what you pay for All i found was absurd that they demanded property tax which could have just been included on the online price instead of charging me there at the hotel
