The rooms were comfortable. The location was just very central. The hotel ambience was quite nice.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The pool and spa were lovely. Lots of choice at breakfast even for vegetarians. Hotel made our anniversary extra special with vouchers for the bar. Great stay!

Excellent location exceptional staff

Not my first visit to this Hotel. The room was amazing with a huge comfy bed, huge TV, plenty of room. good wardrobe space and extras, like how they hid the iron and board behind a huge mirror door. The room was warm on a very cold night. the bathroom was large too. I didn't have the time to sample the menu on this occasion, bu the dog enjoyed the pleasant outside area to exercise in.

Great facilities i.e sauna, steam room and pool The golfing range was fab Hathaway's pub served great food The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room at no extra charge for my husband's 50th birthday. We loved everything about our stay we will definitely book to stay again.

The hotel was lovely, even in the mid November rain. The apartment we stayed in was great & more spacious than we expected. It was also wonderfully warm, as the temperature fell over the weekend The receptionist on Sunday evening/Monday morning was exceptionally helpful

I particularly liked the radio playing Classic FM as I entered the room. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was great and the staff were especially friendly and welcoming.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in and I travel extensively around the world. What I loved was the size of the estate, the greenery, peace, space and beauty all around. The room was enormously big - did not know such a room exist in a UK hotel. The feeling about the place - from the staircase to the old wardrobe in the room was great. High ceilings, excellent bed, great comfort, spacious bathroom. It was quiet, pleasant, beautiful. Even the fridge did not make any noise. There was a variety of soft drinks for free in the fridge. Did not wish to leave and would love to go back.

The whole experience for a weekend break B&B, great value for money and reasonably price with good spa facilities.The location is great a combination of rural setting with nature reserve and suburbs city center on doorstep short drive. Already considering another weekend break to relax and recharge.

We were greeted by a friendly, helpful lady at reception. The room was very quiet, comfy bed/mattress. Clean bathroom. The breakfast is served in the building a stones throw from Days Inn. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Well located, just a couple of minutes walk from the center. Parking onsite and nice welcome. Good sized and comfortable room, great breakfast, enjoyed having the bar. Large garden out front which was perfect for the dog's needs. Very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

Very comfortable bed - night staff excellent Aziz and Adam make a great double act, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was unbelievable - the choice of food was amazing and first class quality - All the waiting staff were lovely especially Julie, keep on singing, it was great to hear a really happy sole first thing in the morning.

Front desk person was nice and informative. Loved the room and I liked the option of the bar. Bed was comfy and shower was refreshing!

Lovely hotel very conveniently located on the outskirts of Leamington Spa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - lots of choice.
