The room was fabulous. We have been upgraded to family suite, it is like a small apartment, very clean , perfect 2 king size bad , great bathroom with good shower facilities, reception was very communicable and pleasant. There is a playroom for kids with many attractions and also spa , pool and fitness center has a new equipment.

Nice, cozy bedroom with a large comfy bed. An ok breakfast was brought to the room. There was a mini kitchen (kettle, microwave, mini fridge, and stove). Help desk in the lobby. There was a long and narrow balcony. The bed sheets and towels were clear and fresh. The chairs were comfortable. We lived in room 40 on the 40th floor, block A.

first of all, the location of the hotel is fantastic, it is close to the boulevard and other places located in the center of the city thus I could say it is in the heart of Batumi. The moment we stepped in nice and calm music along with a warm and modern interior caught our attention. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are well furnished, there was enough space for three people to place our belongings. The room was also clean and tidy. Breakfast offered a wide range of choice,(international and traditional foods) which was totally amazing.

Great value for rhe money, good room size, pleasant stuff. Spotlessly clean, all furniture is new, big tv, you can buy a bottle of nice wine for the evening right at reception. Very nice place to stay. Breakfast a bit poor, so would be good if the botel adds some more breakfast options for additional fee. I would pay extra for good big cappucino and an omelette for sure :) Thanks also to the night manager, pleasant guy.

Location is perfect, Staff are very supportive and helpful, Room was very clean and comfortable, they have restaurant, spa, and café shop in the hotel it self, Room size is nice, bathroom is clean and modern.

Location, facilities and stuff

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the convenience of having a separate kitchen for cooking (if you prefer not to dine at their restaurant), and the availability of free laundry facilities including a washing machine and ironing station. Additionally, the complimentary transportation to the beach twice a day was a fantastic perk. Clean water pools.
