It is a small, family-run hotel where everything has been thoughtfully designed with great style and attention to detail. Wherever you look, there are beautiful touches that make the space feel warm, elegant, and inviting. Everything is new and of excellent quality, with absolutely no shortcuts or compromises. The cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are cleaned every day, while fresh bed linen and towels are changed every two days. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the terrace was spacious and perfect for relaxing.
The breakfast deserves special praise. It was a perfect buffet with literally everything you could wish for. I was especially touched by the care and hospitality shown when I mentioned that I am vegan. Every single day, food was prepared especially for me, including a variety of homemade pies that reminded me of the kind only made with love at home. When we were leaving, I was even sent off with some of the pies to take with me, which says everything about the kindness of the people running this place. We visited out of season, and on one day we were actually the only guests in the hotel, yet the next morning we were served a complete breakfast as if the hotel had been fully booked.
The island itself is small and full of charm, with sandy beaches, crystal-clear water, and restaurants for every taste. However, the place that impressed us the most was Bongo Restaurant, run by the husband of Kristina, the young owner of the hotel. I warmly recommend it for its beautiful location, excellent service, and high-quality food.
A heartfelt thank you to Dialekti and Kristina for making our stay absolutely perfect. They made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our visit. We will definitely be coming back!

I truly enjoyed my vacation at the beautiful Athos Bay Villa. The place is very quiet and exceptionally clean. It met all my expectations.
Nadia is very kind, helpful, hospitable and responsive host.

The island is very small.
The island is very small. It doesn't have big supermarket chains on the island, thus the grocery stores are relatively expensive. You might decide to buy some products from Masoutis or Lidle on the way to the island. If you prefer small, rocky beaches than you go on the side of the island which is looking towards Drenia islands. Worth it to rent a boat for a daily trip and visit of the closest islands or further to Ouranopoli. Renting kayaks for sunset rolling in the biggest gulfs is also an option. We did a morning walk around the island - it was nice, but you need to be careful with seagull's small babies and nests if you go off road. Nature is beautiful and wild. Visit Mandouli tavern for nice signature salads and great view.

We come to island every september for a calm and chill time. We will come next year too, as we are in love of the island. And it has few stunning beaches. People there are so kind, and warm. Everyone should make a visit.

A very boring island, with no real content.
A very boring island, with no real content. There are just a few shops and a couple of cafés, all located right where you get off the ferry. The roads for cars are partly bad, with a lot of uninhabited space. On the island, there is nothing except beaches, water, and wilderness. The most famous beach bar, which is supposed to be arranged, actually is just an improvised café. The only good thing is that there are no waves or wind, since it’s surrounded by land, meaning it’s not the open sea. You can spend a maximum of 3 days on this island, just to see all the beaches and move on. In my opinion, there’s too much artificial advertising, and there are many more beautiful places. The price-to-quality ratio is not realistic at all.
