This is one of Europes most pristine Natural reserves i doubt that there is anything else in Europe like that the whole Evrytania Perfecture a combination of Nature , Mountains , with Luxurious hotels and Top Restarurants yet so few people , unlike the craziness of the swiss alps for instance , this is the real deal .

Beautiful traditional tranquil village.

Beautiful traditional tranquil village. You can relax at a local cafe, go on nature walks, or explore nearby villages. The historical old mikro chorio has a nice museum. You can hike the various trails. The food is delicious.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. The natural landscape is from another planet. The three surrounding mountains are of super beauty. In order to see the villages and the beautiful natural landscapes you will need at least 7 days

Α fantastic little village in one of the most stunning zones of continental Greece, right in the middle of lush forests and beautiful mountains. Excellent climate and food, great trail walking, awesome scenery. Great people too, super friendly and polite.

Karpenisi is my father in laws hometown.

Karpenisi is my father in laws hometown. We didn't know what to expect but we were amazed ar rhe Grand mountains that we hear are awesome for skiing. Our hotel was charming and unique. Would love to come here in the winter to enjoy the cool air. It was very hot in July. Great tavernas and restaurants there too!
