The room was big and clean, and the hotel the same. Is has parking places right in front. Breakfast was alsi good, although the beverages were a bit slim for how many seats there were. Everything was fine :)

Beds were insanely comfy and room was pitch black Check in was quick and staff were great. If you need to go to this small cute town we highly recommend you stay here.

The reception and the entrance are marvalous spaces. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception is 24/7. The location was very good in the city center and yet it was very quiet.

Fifth stay this year, perfect location next to the Bus station, city center and most importantly the thermal bath. Clean, big, comfortable air-conditioned room with a comfortable bed, bathtub. stable 5G Internet, friendly and professional staff, good quality breakfast.

It looked like a castle, the bedroom was nicely decorated. Food amazing and they had a late night bar, free bikes to go for a walk, spa was amazing and included in the package.

The hotel had everything you need but what was outstanding was the staff. They took a genuine interest in my travel, helped me out with finding books and resources and when I came in it was like coming home! They went above and beyond. I'm so grateful.

Extremely friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was large. We had luck and nobody was using the welness facilities but us, so we had a one-of-a-kind experience, which was especially nice since we were there with out infant and she enjoyed it greatly.

Great hotel. We arrived very late, but the reservation is 24/7. We and our pets felt great there. Its very clean and the staff is kind.

The hotel, although it doesn't show it from the outside, is modernly renovated and cozy. We chose it as a transit location and we liked it so much that we made a reservation for the return trip as well. The staff at the reception very polite and eager to help, they gave us all the information we wanted and suggestions to visit the city. A plus for us was the safe parking space in the inner courtyard. The breakfast was very good.

Its little bit out of town center, but if you are passing by and need a place to spend the night, it was easy to access from highway, and you can get back to highway without traffic in the morning. Staff was absolutely the nicest. breakfast was actually very decent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable. Location is ideal near sights, shops and restaurants. We were able to park our bikes in conference room. Breakfast was varied and fresh.

Cleanliness of the room, cleaning staff and night-time receptionist were kind and helpful. We were told that we can not use the wellness facilities on the day of departure.

Had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was great. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally professional, kind, and went out of their way to make our stay special. Special thanks to them. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the AC worked perfectly. Highly recommend! That said, it's worth noting that there’s a significant difference in room sizes — while mine was great, some members of our group had much smaller rooms and found them a bit crowded.

This is an amazing place! Very comfortable room. The dinner was delicious. The most we liked the houses and the animals. My son rod a donkey :) ❤️ Wonderful farm! Congrats!
