Positive: - Free parking. - Breakfast and dinner is amazing. - Hotel is new & top modern. - USB C and A charging ports in the desk and in the bed. - The place is quiet, so no traffic disturbance. - Room is properly sound isolated, so you hear no one from the street or from the hallway. - Good size TV with descent channels & channels are in full HD. - Room very clean. - I like the idea that they don't use soap bar, but instead they have soap in a dispenser both for hand wash and for shampoo. - Staff spoke English. - No problem with water heat or cooling.

Its little bit out of town center, but if you are passing by and need a place to spend the night, it was easy to access from highway, and you can get back to highway without traffic in the morning. Staff was absolutely the nicest. breakfast was actually very decent.

The hotel, although it doesn't show it from the outside, is modernly renovated and cozy. We chose it as a transit location and we liked it so much that we made a reservation for the return trip as well. The staff at the reception very polite and eager to help, they gave us all the information we wanted and suggestions to visit the city. A plus for us was the safe parking space in the inner courtyard. The breakfast was very good.

Zsolt and his family made us feel at home. Zsófi gave us a tour of the place and the animals they have and tips of where we could go for a short walk in the nature, we're super thankful. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast prepared with lots of care and love. We will definitely come back to spend more time there.

Extremely friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was large. We had luck and nobody was using the welness facilities but us, so we had a one-of-a-kind experience, which was especially nice since we were there with out infant and she enjoyed it greatly.

The city center is very pretty, full of flowers in the parks...

The city center is very pretty, full of flowers in the parks and nice cafes all around. We really liked the market with all the local produce. There are really nice little shops on Rakoczi Street. Many restaurants offer a 2 course menu at lunch time for really great price. The Benko Zoltan Park is a great place to go walking, running or to have a pic-nick The big hill in the middle has a great view from the top. The city has a very nice atmosphere and perfect choice for a long weekend away.

Directly off the M5 motorway towards Budapest.

Directly off the M5 motorway towards Budapest. Has free parking and 24 hour services. Safe as it has CCTV. Excellent restaurant and bar. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. We had our dog with us and she was facilitated too We all slept well as the room was sound proofed.Definitely great value for money . The biggest plus and what made our return visit is the lovely friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. We'll be back.

Lovely small city, conveniently located 4 km away from the highway. Nice restaurants and terraces in the center. What I want to mention is that people in the city are extremely kind. I left my bag by mistake at the terrace where we had dinner. I was desperate when I realized that my bag was missing because all my documents were inside. The waiter found it and kept it for me. Next morning, some very kind people at the bakery next to the terrace helped me to reach the owner of the terrace. The owner of the place came very early in the morning to open the place so I can get my bag back and continue my trip. We didn't spoke the same language but they understood that I needed help and they did everything they could and more! Thant was amazing kindness !

A quiet town full of greenery and flowers.

A quiet town full of greenery and flowers. Clean and tidy streets. Worth seeing are the pepper museum, the cybernetic tower CHRONOS 8 and the archbishop's library with priceless old atlases, globes and books.

Cute little town, kind and helpful people. There were many programs when we stayed in the city, circus, garden cinema etc. There is a fantastic little restaurant called Tanya Csarda that we really recommend to anyone.

I love my stay in Hungary , people don't wear masks for 4 moths already, this requirement was lifted and talking about Covid pandemic in the past tense "was". And it is like visiting the different good world 2 years before.

We stopped here on our way back from Greece.

We stopped here on our way back from Greece. We were only in the center, which we were excited about! The central squares are connected. There is a beautiful Art Nouveau town hall, an Art Nouveau palace and several churches of different denominations. But what surprised us the most was the amount of greenery and fountains, which was very refreshing in the summer heat.

We visited a couple of museums.

We visited a couple of museums. They were quite cheap but interesting. The first a folk museum had a fascinating collection of rocks and gemstones and information about the history of Hungary with traditional lace costumes and painted pottery. The paprika museum was interesting and had information in Hungarian,English and German ( and possibly French)on the types of pepper and how the crop is harvested and prepared to make different strengths of paprika. There was also information on local vineyards and types of wine. The town centre is being repaved at the moment but lots of interesting historical monuments and statues to see. Locals very helpful directing us to a local cafe with ice cream. Lovely Italian restaurant il Primo.

A very pretty small town with interesting architecture. We were there because a relative was in the local (very good) hospital, but the stay was very pleasant, the people friendly and the food good and varied. We got free travel to and from the hospital because of our age!
