This is our second time in Hunguest Sosto Hotel and it was amazing both times. The food, the stuff, the access to the Aquapark.

Wide parking lot and lot of space, Friendly and helpful customer service, Very comfortable facilities,

I went there with a sense of nostalgia, as I had spent several days in this location about 13 years ago. While there are certain improvements (it was fully renovated and got a major upgrade inside), I miss the intimacy of the small spa with thermal water. Instead, the price now includes bathrobes, towels, and free entrance into the nearby Aquarius thermal bath, spa, and aquapark, which has lots of facilities but also lots of people all day round. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Clean, close to the zoo, good breakfast

Nice environment with the lake. Friendly staff. Good food. Good sauna. Bathroom was big, and there was nice floor heating there.

We stayed in the giraffe room. It was very nice and clean, and we had a balcony overlooking the lake. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated very close to the zoo, and we had the tickets to the zoo included in the price of the room. The staff was really friendly and nice. It was a great experience, and we will definitely come back.

Location was good, staff was great, friendly and helpful. the hotel itself is a bit worn out but considering what we paid it was fine. Central location near everything. Things were good and what we expected. Staff was great, the front desk clerk on Saturday night was terrific and spoke English perfectly.

Great value for money. The thermal pool is open until 11 PM, which was fantastic. The half-board option was really good, especially the dinners. Our child had a lot of fun fishing and enjoyed the water slide. Dont expect a 5 star resort. For 3 stars it is very good.

The reception, restaurant and cleaning staff are all genuinely helpful and exceptional. They care about their guests. The breakfast was well prepared, and the staff was constantly monitoring whether you had any additional needs. Staff spoke various languages and engaged with guest but were not intrusive in any way. If you wanted to chat they spent more time with you, if you wanted to eat a quiet breakfast they were also sensitive to that. Do not disturb signs were adhered to and there were no loud noises. Room temperatures were comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay.

The look and the design was great!

I believe it was an old hotel building that was recently renovated. Outside, the building doesn't looked like much, but when you go inside, a totally different story. Everything was like new, tasteful interior, you even have an induction plate, microwave, pan, etc. Bathroom was clean, rooms big (we stayed in an apartment with 1 queen size bed and a couch (2 spots), perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast was really great also. Verry decent in terms of options for a hotel of its size. Location is literally in a forest (park), clean air, enough parking places. I would definitely return to the same hotel if I would visit the zoo and waterpark again. Literally 7 mins of walk till zoo and 5 mins to the waterpark.

It was a good sized room with 2 comfortable beds for my 21 yr old daughter and I. The bathroom was good, and all was clean. The location was peaceful and serene, in beautiful nature. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was good too.
