The hotel ambience is really warm and welcoming. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is excellence, they served many options of indonesian food. The most important thing is the cleanliness and the smell inside the hotel was really good. ( Jasmine fragrance) made us want to stay there longer!

We had a really memorable moment in this hotel because as we arrived in the hotel after a long trip from jakarta, one of the tyres became flat. Jay, one of the security/valet team members quickly called me and offered to help with the Tyre change. He event went the extra mile to help me get the Tyre repaired in the nearest SPBU. Afterwards, he helped putting back the original (and how-fixed) Tyre. What impressed me was not that he helped me because anyone will help if I asked them, but rather his quick and proactive thinking, combined with his experience in doing the work. For me this was the true definition of service excellence in hospitality. Throughout the stay I also notice that the service excellence standards for all team members are really high. Well done Chanti for having such a standard. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Semarang.

This place seems expensive for java but it is worth every cent. The view from the cabins are once in a lifetime- waking up and seeing Borobudur's stupa through your floor to ceiling windows is unforgettable. The green mountains to the side are pretty great too. The accom cost includes your borobudur climb ticket (8:30 climb in first group or any time you wish) and access to the grounds at any time during opening hours. We only climbed once but visited the grounds 3 times during our 2 night stay. Access is either via a path down the hill or if its too hot/wet a private shuttle will transport you to and fro (included in cost). Breakfast is breathtaking staring at that view - the sunrise tour guests also breakfast at the resort as part of the package. Afternoon tea is included and can be delivered to the cabin. The restaurant was closed for renovation ( or low season..) so we had room service and the food was delivered hot and was tasty. This place is divine- definitely would stay there again.

I was very lucky to get an upgraded room as I checked in. As soon as I reached the room I was amazed by the design, the space, the light and felt immediately at home. Everything is so well thought in the room, so comfortable, so cozy. The breakfast buffet was amazing, excellent food and quality Service is warm and very good. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at this hotel

The hotel is absolutely stunning. We had 2 suites and they were both spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive, very gracious, and the hotel is walking distance from the Old City. To make it even more convenient there is a huge mall attached to the hotel.

The hotel met all our expectations. We arrived there in the evening after long commute from Karimunjawa, and were welcomed with drinks even before finishing the check in. The reception upgraded all 3 rooms to the executive suites on the 10'th floor. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and there was a nice water flow in the shower. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were soundproof.
